We picked up a birthday cake and a milkshake from a wonderful establishment. The staff members were very welcoming. A nice gentleman wished my son a happy birthday, which meant a lot to him. My son and I truly enjoyed our experience. The clean environment had a delightful aroma of sugar cookies and other delicious treats.

I just had the worst experience that experienced here at Cold Stone. The lady Esther that took my order was horrible. Esther rushed me and my son. I was asking her a question about the ice cream and she started pointing when I could clearly see it was only ice cream and not what I had ordered. I just sat the ice cream down after her partner fixed it because she started getting extremely rude with me I said ma'ma I was only asking a question and she said whatever ever have a great day. My 6 year old even asked why was she being mean.

My fiancé bought us 2 “like it” (the smallest) ice creams and the total came out to 23 dollars and we asked for a receipt but the machine apparently was not working. Sounds like the employee added their own tip in before even asking.

Noisy machine buy the table, so loud you can’t enjoy the ice cream. I ordered two scoops of ice cream and wanted it in the same bowl . The employee Theo refused to do it, even though I asked for it . Because I have my baby with me . This place left a bad taste in my mouth. As this was my daughter’s B-day . Staff need to understand why the customer wants it one way and only that way..
