This establishment was a great stop for Ice cream! Huge variety of flavors and toppings along with other treats. The employee named Esther who had helped me was delightful! She was very patient and sweet while I was indecisive about what flavor I should get. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going for a sweet treat and friendly staff!!

Once you have Cold Stone Ice Cream all others taste like ‘ice milk’🙂 Sure, it may cost a bit more but it’s worth the price!!! It was such a pleasure getting ice cream at the Valrico store. The two girls working there today were so friendly, polite, smiling and very helpful. I was confused with the sizes and they noticed and helped me get the right size cup. They provided fantastic customer service. Take care of them, give them a raise because they are taking care of the customers and business. It was refreshing. I wish I would have gotten their names.

The staff was amazing. I needed an ice cream cake with a brownie in it. I tried many places and had no luck. They helped me find a perfect cake and without me asking personalized it for me. We will be back at this location again.

I am so disappointed, this store has been my Cold Stone place for years. Unfortunately the last two times I have ordered for delivery they sent me the wrong ice cream and when I called today to report it the girl told me the only thing that they could do for me is to bring the ice cream back to the store for them to exchange or refund the money ???

Went here for a date night with my wife. The staff was really nice and fun to talk to. I enjoyed that they all looked like they were happy to work at the building together! The shop itself is very small so it's easy to feel cramped on busy nights, which it was when we went. The ice cream is great though! Tasty and perfect, and they give you a lot.

The owner’s wife will harass you endlessly. Beware of the petite girl with long blonde and how you interact with her. Terrible way to conduct yourself when you own a business. Maybe she’ll stop the harassing phone calls now.
