I don’t usually write reviews, but after my last visit to Culver’s, I felt morally obligated to share the experience — partly because it was that good, and partly because I’m hoping the universe (or Culver’s marketing team) rewards my loyalty with a golden coupon or two. 😉
Let’s start with the ButterBurgers — good grief, these things are borderline illegal. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and seared with that crispy edge that tells you someone back there cares. The buns are pillowy, warm, and toasted just enough to make you feel like you're eating at a fancy gastropub but without the guy playing acoustic covers of Ed Sheeran in the corner.
Now, let’s talk cheese curds. These golden nuggets of dairy glory deserve their own national holiday. Crispy on the outside, gooey and decadent on the inside — they squeaked less than fresh curds but delivered way more flavor. A little salty, a little creamy, a whole lotta addictive.
And then... the Concrete Mixer. I went full mad scientist with my mix: Oreo cookie, hot fudge, hot peanut butter, and brownie chunks. I could hear my dentist scream from 3 counties away. Worth it. Every bite was a collision of textures and flavors — sweet, salty, smooth, and chunky in all the right ways. It was like Willy Wonka took over the dairy section and said, “Let’s go nuts.”
Clean restaurant, friendly staff, food that actually looks like the pictures, and more flavor than most sit-down restaurants manage to deliver. Culver’s isn’t just a fast food stop — it’s a full-blown flavor sanctuary.
If you’re reading this, Culver’s HQ: just know you’ve got a fan for life. And hey, if there’s a “ButterBurger for Life” club, I’m ready to sign the dotted line.

Over Priced For what they charge the service should be better. I ordered a shake. She gave me a number no receipt Just a number. I didn't know if she was making.it How long I would be there.
THE SHAKE WAS $6.49 IT TASTED LIKE A FROSTY. NOT WORTH IT. This is my second time going there and my second disappointment.I got fish the last time.It was horrible at no flavor at all, I mentioned the place to my taylor He laughed at me and said you didn't get fish did you I said yes, the fish is terrible there. He laughed at me. I wanted to go back and demand my money back.

Very good food, hot and fresh. Excellent custard with many different toppings and different ways to have it such as regular custard in a cup, custard in a cone, milkshakes, concrete mixers, etc., all very good. Custard is different than ice cream. It’s so much better because of its extra creaminess Toppings include fresh fruit, cookies, and candy. Every day is a new flavor. Food of variety of hamburgers, roast beef, fish. They also have meal such as roast beef, mashed potatoes, and broccoli and fish and chips. You can’t go wrong here. Everything is delicious.
Parking: Free parking lot and disabled parking right up front.

DO NOT USE MOBILE Curdside ordering unless you do not care at all when you get your food. You will sit and wait for at least 30 minutes watching people come and go, over and over and not get your food. It is insane, just go in or use the drive through unless you aren’t hungry AT ALL! And even after all that wait, your food is cold. What the heck! Lesson learned either don’t eat here or go inside!

Tonight my only concern was after I paid almost 30 dollars for two meals. The lady ran the food out I said can I please have two more barbecue sauces. She said yes and with a sense of arrogance, walked back out with one sauce, as if I did not just ask her for two sauce. No problem you lost a customer with me. I like to ONLY spend where I’m respected at. My money is valuable and they can listen to my concerns, even if it’s simple as condiments. She could have easily said it cost X amount of money but no, tonight was my last time visiting. I don’t tolerate poor customer service and people acting like they’re gonna make a decision for me when I clearly politely asked for something and was disregarded. And I know she hurt me and had a sense of arrogance as she politely walked to the other cars and walked right past my car & avoid eye contact with my car, but I was just so appalled that customer service has plummeted to the bottom. Do your self a favor Spin your money where your valued at of businesses are in the area that would love to have you.

Me and colleagues usually do not touch Culver's. Today, we got reminded of why. Extremely slow service 45 minutes wait for shake and the flavor (mint). Colleagues food was cold like it was sitting for a while. Shame....
