This is the SLOWEST Culver’s I’ve ever been to and I’ll never ever be back! It’s like this every single time. We just waited 15 minutes in the drive through!!!!! I had to walk inside to get our food and it was a zoo. Idk who’s running this place or if they’re severely understaffed but I’ll never be back. The one in Riverview is so much better and runs like a well oiled machine.

What i love about Culver's is their consistency. It's my favorite burger from anywhere, the double butter burger deluxe, and everytime it is the same, perfect. The staff is always friendly. But again i can't convey how much being able to count on something being the same is so rare in the restaurant world. I can't afford to eat out very often but when I do I know it will be worth it at Culver's. And this is at both Culver's in Brandon.

Food is good and people are amazing but BRO EVERY TIME I COME they have these teenagers literally walking food to cars IN THE POURING RAIN no umbrella or anything n it’s only for the drive through time I think it’s pretty wrong to take advantage of kids for a drive through time .
I door dash and the staff is always super friendly and chill, the whole reason I'm doing this review is actually for Gabriel I picked up a order and when I walked out it was raining cats and dogs! But Gabriel was walking back from giving out a parked drive through order and he had a huge umbrella and saw me and walked me to my car! Making sure me and one of these customers orders didn't get soaked. Gabriel is the goat and deserves a raise period
