Terrible service, not clean, employee was eating and then taking my order then making ice cream, took 16 minutes then I asked for a refund and walked out. They were annoyed and frustrated that I asked them for a refund. Smells like BO and sewer. Floors were disgusting. Worst DQ experience I’ve had.

This place has the most retarded workers there except for I believe is the manager he was very nice and polite. If the redheaded pony tail guy is there working the register just do yourself a favor and walk away tried to tell me they only have the chili cheese dogs in a combo when the overhead sign shows that they sell them separately.... Boy really needs to be retrained on his job and for Pete's sake stop drinking the bong water

HEALTH SAFETY ALERT: Do not go here. The health department should come and investigate this location. I was surprised given the smell of sewage and the pure dirtiness of the restaurant paired with the unsanitary nature of some of the workers when stepping in for an ice cream. The flys/moths on the windows were the highlight of my evening. I am surprised the owner has not rectified this despite all these comments on here. It needs oversight for sure. Don’t go here. I say again, do not go here.

Yesterday I went to this place to order 3 things. The person who took my order seemed like he was in another world. I was in front of him and he just kept looking outside. After I asked for the order, I see that I wasn't the only one that happened to him. I was amazed. to the canuter where you wait and to my surprise the store had everything on that floor lying around, it seems that the day before they had not swept or mopped the machines were squeaky from old ice cream there were 5 people working the cups that serve us the ice cream scares on the floor the tapas A disaster that was disgusting, I asked the guy to give me a refund of my money because I wasn't planning on buying there, another person helped me with a bad attitude and I told him hey, this is what a food store is supposed to look like. And he just told me it's Saturday nite ? I told him that's your only explanation? I told him, I dedicate myself to this and you should never let this happen. They are not short of people. How can you provide a service to a store when you cannot keep yours clean and adequate for customers and if so you have the stiffness that is from the machines? inside And I just said well! I do not recommend it, much less that you go to consume it with children and I advise you that when you go to an open kitchen that is not closed, look at the floor and the machines and area that are as they should be.

I would leave less than a star if I could. Went inside because the drive through was taking to long. The inside smelt horrible the service was horrible. Was not given a receipt. The store was also extremely dirty there were cups all over the floor and the floor didnt look like it had been mopped in days. There were 4 people working the drive thru and no on making things for front counter. I will not be going back that place was disgusting!

Went inside Dairy Queen since the drive thru was out on the street. Walked inside and it smells like sewage. It was soo bad I had to leave. I didn't trust anything they were going to make for me.
I don’t understand how a place that serves food doesn’t implement food safety standards. This guys hair was everywhere, one guy had his pants with underwear showing and the person making my blizzard touched the top on my cup.

They made the shake pretty fast but it smells God awful inside like moldy, rotten smell. I was kinda leary about even drinking my shake. Definitely needs a deep, deep cleaning.
