Don’t waste your money, this is not BBQ this is dog food. We ordered food and when it arrived an hour later the brisket was over baked. It was falling apart like beef jerky and old as my grandma. The baked beans tasted as though they had never been cooked, crunchy like lays chips. The Mac and cheese tasted like sour velveeta on overcooked noodles. The mashed potatoes just came out of the fridge and the chicken wasn’t even real. The chicken is highly processed and pressed. The coleslaw was slightly passable with the amount of mayonnaise used to make it soggy. Everything was cold as the arctic snow BUT the BBQ sauce covered the taste of dog food well enough to eat our $40 that was spent. If it doesn’t come out one end or another I’ll be very surprised.

Don't even try to do this. I ordered online, no problem. Apparently, Dickey's is using Wing House as their location for orders. No sign, mass confusion in the restaursnt the wing house staff were like puppies. Cute and confused. I had to repeatedly give my name, show them my order receipt and watch them wander away confused.My order was requested for 2:30 PM. Not a busy time for a Friday. It's almost 3 PM. NO ORDER. I'm not going to bother trying this again. Bubba-Cue is further, but they have a clue how ordering and fulfilling an order works.

Poor experience. There were no dinner rolls included like it states when you order it. Called the restaurant and they were no help. They did not care. The Mac and cheese looked and tasted like old Kraft Mac and cheese and the container was maybe 1/3 full.

Can’t get an order right. Ordered a picnic pack and no Texas toast was delivered. The mac and cheese container was 1/3 full. It was Kraft mac and cheese. Food was awful. I’ve had beef jerky more tender than their brisket. Your staff needs to know what comes in the meals before you decide to partner with another restaurant Winghouse.

Have been to many dickey’s franchise, ordered from the Dickey’s in Brandon tonight. I could not believe how gross it was. First the order was suppose to be read in 45mins 2 hours later it was ready. They totally messed up the order, one port of the ordered was missing. The food we did get was cold, greasy and sausage was burned. I wish I would of seen the reviews before we ordered!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Whoever works there clearly can’t read because my order was completely wrong and for it to take over an hour to complete my order, the food still turned out disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered Dickey's to go for dinner because I was having a barbecue craving and it hit the spot! I ordered the sliced brisket with spicy barbecue sauce. The brisket was tender and juicy. They didn't shy away from adding some fatty bits and that was the best. The spicy barbecue is not spicy but complimented the meet well. I got the one meat plate that came with a roll, two sides, and your choice of onions or pickles. I got the pickles and chose the Cesar salad and mac n cheese. These individual sizes were enough and I decided to try the potato salad too. All the sides were good. I also got the brownie/cookie dessert and it was good! I enjoyed my Dickey's meal.

Order lunch thru Uber and the order was terrible. The order has missing items, the side order was barely minimal, and the quality of the food is terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Complete garbage portions. Spent 60$ for 10$ worth of food. Never ever going back. Then when I called to ask if this was onlyHalf the order both workers were completely rude and not helpful. Not to mention everything was ice cold. Worst customer service, portions, and overall experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I only gave 1 star because I had to. We ordered the XL family pack and spent close to 100.00 between the delivery and cost of dinner. This has got to be the worst food I have ever attempted to eat. All the food was ice cold and the meats were nothing but fat! Also, the sides were incorrect and they failed to send our dinner rolls. Horrific experience!!!!!!!!!!!!
