First time visiting and I will be coming back again! My daughter and I ordered the Monster Boba Latte. It was as delicious as it looked on their picture. The staff were friendly, helpful and quick!

It was very good, the drink was delicious, and they were very friendly, but unfortunately mid way through my drink I nearly swallowed this piece of foil/plastic wire thing. Very disheartening and will put me off from returning. (Both pictures have the tiny plastic wire shown in it.)

Amazing! We got a Hokkaido Coffee and Signature Milk tea and it is delicious! The consensus is: best boba we've had so far! Our server, Cody, was extremely polite and funny, made our drinks quickly and they were exactly what we ordered. The atmosphere was cool and chill, and our drinks had more flavor than I've gotten at other boba places. Definitely coming back! Thanks again, Cody!!!

I've come multiple times. each experience was the same. Drinks are subpar but customer service is decent. There's much better out there in terms of good boba.

From what I hear, this is a great boba place. However, my cousin found a hair in her sealed cup of boba and brought it to their attention. They refused to refund her or acknowledge the unsanitary condition of the product they served. I definitely won’t ask her to take me here when I visit!

If I could give it a zero star, I would. Their customer service sucks. They refuse to give refunds when it’s their mistake and they’re unsanitary. Patrons beware!

My friend bought a boba tea and when she drank it found a long black hair in the boba. She took photos and took the information back to the establishment. The workers refused to give a refund or to compensate for the unsanitary drink

Enjoyed my milk tea until I felt/tasted something inconsistent with boba. There was a long strand of black hair in the black boba, see pics. Was my go-to place when I visit Brandon but won't be returning.
Edit: I returned the next day to inform the staff of the hair. I brought the hair/boba in the store on a napkin. The male employee pointed to the sign next to the register stating no refunds or exchanges. He also stated he wasn't here yesterday so he couldn't assist. I showed him the hair and politely told him they should be wearing hair nets when working around food/drinks. He was dismissive but said he would inform his manager of my concern.

SUCH GOOD BOBA! This was my first time coming and it did not disappoint me. There was a sweet girl the taking my order, and was very accommodating. I asked for something that wasn't on the menu and she tried it. I asked for a taro milk tea with yakult. She asked me to tell her if it was good or not because it was a new thing. Let me say, IT WAS THE BEST TARO BOBA EVER! Definitely needs to be on the menu because it was delicious. I also got the hot Cheetos Korean cheese dog and that was very filling. Thanks for the awesome milk tea 💕🫶🎀
