I don't know why the guy that works there is even still employed.. playing on his switch and talking SO rudly to customers.. his behavior towards people is concerning..

I cannot walk past this place in the mall without the dude who works there harassing me. This man should not shout out at people walking past the booth.

LOT OF STUFF TO CHOOSE FROM

I feel like you don't get a lot of ice cream this way and you can't taste it as will because there tinny frozen Beads of ice cream. I think it is a little pricey for what you get. It is a interesting experience to have such small bots of ice cream in your mouth at once. Fun to try for the 1st time but not something I would try again.

Went there recently and the person working there, first had no mask ( which is optional these days so that’s okay ) and second after he took my order literally rubbed his nose and went and grabbed the cup and the scooper with that same hand (WITHOUT GLOVES). Needless to say, without saying anything about what I just saw, i told him that i changed my mind and left. I have nothing against the person working there, but i think whoever owns the place (and anyone handling food especially during a pandemic) should at least make his employees wear gloves when handling other people’s food.

The ice cream is super good totally recommend

Trashy vendors get in your face with their samples and will not back off even when told. She stayed in the face of our underage son. We don’t appreciate her harassment. Next time we will get a police officer and not just mall security.

this is my second time i come to buy and theres nobody taking care of it... horrible service, and they're lucky that there is not another store around

Would definitely not consider this mall a safe place to shop !! My wife was scammed at this mall by someone who portrayed to be a partner at a jewelry store called We Fix it. It’s a kiosk store in front of Champs. He conducted business and sold to her and she saw him sale to another person while she was there, no telling how many others. The item was not what she thought it was suppose to be. She’s now out $1,000 plus the item. The scum bag high tailed it out the mall with her money and the ring. It’s all on camera. This con artist is still not charged and able to scam others in that mall. Be aware and stay clear of it.

Not a Safe place to shop!! I was scammed out of $1,000 and the item. A store in that mall allowed someone to portray as a partner and operate as a business, while scamming. The sheriff’s department while even having the suspect at the mall didn’t take time to even make a case, after the fact stating it’s a felony for him to conduct business at the mall. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this mall. I surely don’t feel it’s safe!!!!

Over priced and not impressed

I’m upset I don’t know the man name who served us !! He was a black middle aged guy.. he was amazing !!! My daughter dropped her spoon three times, in top of that My SO had my banking card and I had to go find him. He cracked jokes and waited for me to gather myself. he let me try different flavors (because I’m indecisive ) I ended up going with his choice! Awesome guy ! Thanks for being polite and making the end of our long mall trip fun ! Keep being you which is awesome and funny.. give that man a raise !!!
