They are the worse. They need to get a new management and change how to take care the customers. Sometime they do t have delivery or people to take care of it. This is a corporate place they need to have help.

I ordered two pizzas. One was a buffalo chicken pizza, thin crust, I received a thin crust, pizza with cheese and chicken, and no buffalo sauce, so we called them back and asked them to make it right and they brought me another buffalo chicken pizza without the buffalo sauce on the pizza. Are you kidding me right Now? Here’s the best part, when I called back, I talked to someone who admitted that it was his fault and apologized, and then said, can you hold on please, and never came back to the phone. And when I tried calling back, they wouldn’t take my call. So I’ll be there tomorrow morning for a refund with this terrible pizza in hand and awful customer service!

Domino's appeared clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. The pizzas were delicious!
This is my go to DP location ans we order plenty from here. As you can see this is an edit to a previous rating of 5 starts which will remain 5 stars due to the fact that one of the managers Darren was super cool, understanding, and ready to step up as well as any manager should after a very disappointing experience with a delivery associate. I won't discuss what the negative matter was because of how well Darren took care of me. This will continue to be my #1 and go-to DP location thanks to Darrwn and his management skills.

I have been going to this location for about a year. Always order pan pizza & it's aways thick & doughy... but when I got home & opened the box - not today. It was thin like a regular pizza. I called to complain that the pizza was thin, not as usual, and I was upset because I paid extra for the pan pizza crust. The female they put on the phone to take my complaint stated SHE made my pizza herself, and that it IS a pan pizza. I insisted that all other pan pizzas I've gotten at that location have always been twice as thick. I brought the pizza back to the store, and one of the guys looked at it and saw how thin it was.. but she must be the manager, because he called her over. She insisted there was nothing wrong with it, that it was a pan pizza and that's what I ordered. I explained that now the pizza is cold.. arent they going to make another pizza since this one is thin and now cold? She absolutely refused, and when I asked "Are you saying that I now have to eat this cold pizza?" She just said "Yes, sorry, but that's what you ordered." I said I cant believe you're not going to make it right. And you're going to refuse... over just 1 medium pizza? She made a face, so I said "Then give me my money back, and I'll drive the extra miles to get a pan pizza made correctly at another location. She angrily went to the register and said she was voiding out the transaction, and couldn't care less that I said this location has lost my business! The 2 guys making pizza in the store looked at each other like they couldn't believe she did that. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. THAT MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND IS NASTY WITH A BAD ATTITUDE!
