We’ve been here several times and never have had a bad experience or food. The manager is great. The food is fresh and tasty. Friday nights they have live music. Lots of tv to watch games/fights/etc.

I bit into one of my Shrimp Tacos (which were great) and I pulled out a folded up piece of paper. I waved down the waitress and told her and she says “I don’t think there is anything we can do, would you like me to get the manager?” I said yes and she never came back nor the manager. I had to wave down the manager and I told him and showed him the paper unfolded with the sauce on it and told him “this was in my taco all folded up, about the size of a stick of gum” and he tells me “we don’t have any paper products in the kitchen” followed by “hang on give me a sec” and I didn’t see him for the rest of the night. So nothing was done and I didn’t finished my food because a chunk of paper was in my food. Didn’t receive a “Sorry” or anything to make up for it. I didn’t want anything for free but I believe they thought I was lying when I have witnesses see me pull out a folder up piece of paper from my mouth in the middle of my meal. Not holding themselves accountable, no apologies. Just a “oh ok” and a false statement of “I’ll be right back” and both server and management did not return.

The staff and even Manager was awesome and friendly however the food tasted freezer burnt fried fish was like rubber as if it was microwaved and u could squeeze oil out of it like a wet rag. Nachos were yummy and the Chicken was ok. Not sure if they had fry issues but what was pictured on website is not what was given. It wasn't just the the fish that wasn't tasty or cooked right.

This place by far has went down hill. Worst service experience in Brandon. I understand things take time to make but 30-40mins on some boneless wings and fries. The food was cold the sauce felt as if it was microwaved as it was the only hot item on the order. They was training a new crew member but yet another waitress had to point out the fact that we needed refills while waiting for our food. Then it was like we was inconveniences coming to the restaurant when we asked for thing the young girl training had no idea and the one training her felt like her conversation in the corner was more important then taking care of the customers when it was like a ghost town and service should have been way better seeing how there was only a total of 9 people in the whole restaurant 3 at our table 2 at the bar and 4 at another. The 4 at the other table the waitress they had she was very grateful she definitely deserves to be notice as she was cleaning sweeping and her customers was well taking care and attended too. The staff we had I’m sorry she doesn’t need to be training when she needs to be retrained on things herself. The manager had no answer for the way things was all she could do was offer 5$ off on next visit cards I think she needs trained on how to handle things too. I tipped the other waitress that was doing all the work around the restaurant and got us refills great young lady she definitely a keeper if she could have some team players she would not be doing everything while other stand around. Please improve service and food quality as I’m sure cold chicken means it wasn’t sitting in a warmer if so it was past it time use for food quality it yet your waitress that was the trainer was more worried about a hamburger not being cooked a certain way due to food safety think food safety starts in the kitchen and keep food in reasonable temperature for food safety.

I have a great time with my friends every time I come to this establishment you can count on a great atmosphere and whether you sit at the bar or are seated at a table the servers and bartenders are very nice and consistent. I would recommend Wednesday nights for the bottomless boneless wings or Thursdays for the bottomless bone in wings
Good food and family friendly
It wasn't a decent place until I got my bill and found out you guys charge at 4% corporate fee. Look, the money is not the issue but the fact that I have to pay money to frequent your business is pretty annoying. I will not be back. Plenty of other places that do not charge corporate fees.
If your Hispanic there petty af about cleaning up after you even if there waiters lol I would give zero stars if I could
Poor service. Try Twin Peaks near the Brandon Mall if you are looking for a similar menu & experience, but elevated with servers and bartenders who will pay attention to you even if you aren’t male or a “regular”.

MY wife's boneless wings were literally swimming in the sauce. She ordered mild, but we are pretty sure they were medium. Her fries did not arrive with the wings.
I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. I expected shaved beef with onions and peppers on something like Cuban bread.
What I got was a mystery meat that looked like it had been run through a blender, I mean it literally looked like taco meat, with bits of peppers and onions in it, served on a plain everyday hot dog roll just like you would buy at Publix. NOT the Philly I know. Not even close. I get it, it's a wing house, not a sandwich place, but why put it on the menu if your not going to offer the real thing?
Our waitress sat at the table right next to ours talking with the manager, and never checked on us until I literally yelled "HELLO?" to get someone's attention. Then when I ordered a beer she had to walk to one place in the restaurant to put it in the register, then the bar tender had to stop her convo with her regulars long enough to pour it and set it on the counter where I could see it, but then I had flag the waitress down again and ask her to go get it.
Then I got the $74 bill. Yay. All in all, I'll never eat there again.

Cutting in the restaurant as we speak. One fresh and clean doesn't smell like food and stuffy etc. the hostess was attentive and help guide us to some good wings flavors. Had an mis hap with the order but management made no fuss and urgently took car us! Will certainly returned and recommend
