Morning crew is way better than the afternoon crew, it's like they dont care. I waited 10mins just for some loaded hash browns and there was no one in front of me, then I was told to pull in the front of the store and wait

I was waiting on a door dash… it wasn’t made.. there were other tickets waiting and people ordering from the counter… the whole tome I was there only 1 person moved and that was the one with his back turned to me. Then I asked the only person that was filling orders and told her that looked so bad… she said they were managers so there wasn’t anything she could do about it…. This is an awful way to show your brand. One was texting on her phone while the other casually put his feet up and chills. Screw anyone waiting. And didn’t even move when people were standing waiting!!!!

I got off from a really stressful day at work, pull up at Dunkin' chasing a glimpse of happiness buying an Avocado toast with bacon, I pulled forward, and this man who slightly resembled a young Eminem hand me a masterpiece which words cannot describe properly the amount of happiness I felt when I opened the beautiful box that contained the most bacon and avocado toast has ever held. You made my morning but overall you a happy core memory. Thank you Slim.

To whom it may concern,
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at Dunkin Donuts at 1346 W Brandon Blvd, on 8/14 with Christine Hill!
I placed a simple order for a croissant and was told by the manager that the wait would be about 10 minutes. I agreed to wait, However, I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for my order. When I approached the manager about the delay and asked for a refund due to the extended wait, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to make the situation right, she told me I could either take the food or get a refund—not both. This was said in a very unprofessional tone that made the experience even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, the drink I received was not even filled properly. For something as simple as a croissant and a drink, the service I received was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as no customer should be treated this way. I would appreciate a follow-up on how this issue is being addressed.
Also this isn’t the first time I have ran into issues with customers service from the manager, this is just the first time I am writing about it. The only reason I go back to this location it is just because, it’s the closets to my job. However I feel as a manager she should have better customer service!

Ordered a hot coffee 2 cold coffees with 2 wraps and a croissant. Got to the window and received 3 cold coffees. No big deal right? The manager instead has to argue about what she heard and blah blah blah,only to give the correct thing ordered. Then get the food,look at pic.. grossly made just like the attitude and atmosphere of this place. Ohhh won't allow pics to be posted!

Went to this dunkin and Trista was very rude and was using bad language because I was hitting the glass telling her what donuts I wanted. So I asked for the manager as she was just a rude. Her name was Christine and she goes how can I help you and I said can you come out here so I can speak with you. And she goes I don't have time I have customers im trying to get food for . And I said no wonder your employer is rude because you are rude I will never go back into that dunking again

Greeted as soon as i came in. Full staff. I havent been in here over a year. Wanted to try the new sandwich. Saw they had buckets for muchkins. Got one donut and hadhbrowns not a coffee drinker. Sandwhich was hot. Son ate the hashbrowns. No issues when i went. Before was at night. Workers look drained etc. Came in around 11.

Woke up with a craving for a vanilla cream doughnut. I was meeting folks this morning so picked up something for them, also. I had 2 vanilla cream filled with powdered sugar, friends had 2 old fashioned and 2 glazed with chocolate frosting on top. They both said theirs were delicious. Mine was exceptional. The last few times I got doughnuts from other places they were kinda hard. Today’s donuts were super fresh. The doughnut themselves were super soft and sweet. The vanilla cream was very good and plentiful. I hate when they get greedy with the filling. Dunkin usually does not do that. They were so good I might go back for another round.

Terrible customer service here I would not recommend going through the drive thru as no one seems to work it or want to work it. This place needs new management every time I go it seems no one knows what to do and employees just mess around. No customers were even there and they still didn’t want to talk on the drive thru.

Got a drink didn’t like it and lady name Christine said “we can’t remake a drink because you didn't like it “so what I just waste my money for a nasty drink i always go to Dunkin and when I taste it’s off I ask for another drink or get it remade I don’t think any Dunkin employee has ever told me we can’t.
