Terrible service I recently visited Dunkin' at around 4:50-5 AM on Thursday, November 21, hoping to grab breakfast before my father's surgery. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing. Despite being the only customers there, the food was absolutely terrible and freezing cold. There was no excuse for it to be so bad regardless if we were the only ones there or not The staff showed no respect, no care, and no quality in their service. From the drive thru to the receiving the food I am furious and incredibly frustrated. This was an important morning for me, and Dunkin' completely ruined it. I believe I deserve compensation for such a terrible experience, especially since I've never had a bad experience at any Dunkin' before. It’s ridiculous

The worst coffee I have ever gotten from anywhere! I can normally drink any coffee but this one was so horrible I couldn't. Feel like I thru money in the trash.

Stopped in on the way home from work around 230 am Sunday. Had a rough night and the customer service from the polite and professional gentleman working the window was so nice it really turned my night around ! Thankyou ! Donut was onpoint too!
We have been going there every morning during hurricane Milton. The employees are unbelievably friendly and efficient. We are so thankful for their kindness. I usually make my breakfast at home but I will be a loyal Dunkin customer a few times a week. Thank You to all the employees and management for keeping us feed. You all deserve a raise!

I would love to say that I like this place but for a place that’s “open 24 hours” definitely put a damper on my evening. I drove all the way here to pick up an Uber Eats order and with all lights on, open sign on, there’s not one person here. I’ve knocked & waited but not a single person in sight. Don’t bother wasting your time trying to get anything here, you will just be disappointed. I’ve lost out on the money I would’ve made because they can’t be bothered to come to work! I’m livid!!
