Sent my husband for two dark roasts, hot black coffees and he came home with hot watered down coffee. It was so bad I had to drive back to get them fixed. The two they replaced them with, were the same. Literally hot water is what they taste like. Complete waste of time and money. I called to tell them, to give them a heads up and I was hung up on twice.

If you want a macchiato don’t come here. Not sure why it’s impossible for them to properly measure 2 shots instead of handing out milk with a dash of espresso. The manager even caught it and it was still made horribly.

It is time for "apple cider donuts" at Dunkin! We got the last 6 available and itis not even 3 pm, so they are going fast. Very fresh cake donut with a great taste and covered in cinnamon sugar!!! The Best!!
We mobile ordered a cold brew and a MOCHA latte with three Splenda added, not only did they forget what the other drink was but they didn’t even put mocha NOR splenda in the latte. This is the third time this happened and three strikes you’re out. Sorry Dunkin, but you can do better 🤦🏾♀️

They are the most rudest people in the world. When you call to talk to a manager you get attitude and the man calls you a liar. I will be never going to use that store again because how rude to their customers. I had to go to another Dunkin Donuts to get my order and pay for the second time. I didn't get my mobile order or my money back.
