The manager at the store is a lunatic. There was a sign on the wall that said a dozen donuts for 1399. I just asked about it. She come cussing at me, swearing at me ripped the sign off the wall and threw it on the ground, be careful going in there she’s violent And of course she was correct. Nobody does anything about it.

This is the worst location. Always an issue with the orders. Today I guess my mobile order did not go through (totally my fault but the money had come out of my account) so instead of telling me they pulled me to the second window and left me sit there. There was no one else there so I thought it was weird and went inside after a few mins and they are on their phones and found the situation amusing.

Sent my husband for two dark roasts, hot black coffees and he came home with hot watered down coffee. It was so bad I had to drive back to get them fixed. The two they replaced them with, were the same. Literally hot water is what they taste like. Complete waste of time and money. I called to tell them, to give them a heads up and I was hung up on twice.

We have been coming to this Baskin Robins for years. We noted that the customer service from all employees in this store is remarkable...always. These young guys really impress us (older guys, haha). Keep up with the great attitude and customer service.

This woman charged me for a dozen donuts when we told her we had a coupon for coffee and $3 half a dozen. Now im trying to call to get my refund because this isnt accurate. They need to repeat orders back because they clearly arent listening. Charged me 19$ for this bs

If you want a macchiato don’t come here. Not sure why it’s impossible for them to properly measure 2 shots instead of handing out milk with a dash of espresso. The manager even caught it and it was still made horribly.
