We mobile ordered a cold brew and a MOCHA latte with three Splenda added, not only did they forget what the other drink was but they didn’t even put mocha NOR splenda in the latte. This is the third time this happened and three strikes you’re out. Sorry Dunkin, but you can do better 🤦🏾♀️

My coffee is always made correctly and I seriously am always through the drive thru line in no more than 3 minutes even when it’s wrapped around the building. Best Dunkin around ?

They are the most rudest people in the world. When you call to talk to a manager you get attitude and the man calls you a liar. I will be never going to use that store again because how rude to their customers. I had to go to another Dunkin Donuts to get my order and pay for the second time. I didn't get my mobile order or my money back.

Want to give a shout out to an employee named Alex! He’s very respectful and kind. Dunkin was my go to since I’m pulling a double tonight taking escalation calls and between my kind encounter with him at the drive thru and the strong coffee he gave me, I feel a little better about my day and can stay up through the rest of the night! He deserves a leadership role/ raise, thanks for hiring a good person <3

Went into Dunkin Donuts and the staff was horrible. Stood there at the counter for a good 5 mins, mainly waiting...the young lady actually walked away from the front to go talk to the guy that was serving someone at the window about a container she had been trying to open. Guess what? Never acknowledged me. No manager on duty, the assistant manager was in the back and they wonder why they have these horrible reviews. I ended up walking out, it was ridiculous.
Vicky was really awesome and really cool and always made sure to give me fun drinks! I'm a regular here and let me tell you, all the people that work here are awesome! 100/10

I went to this Dunkin and ordered a sunset refresher(half strawberry/half mango refresher) they told me they could not make it because they don’t have a button for it. I asked so you can’t mix the two flavors they told me OK. I paid the first seed to hand me a berry burst sparked drink. I did not have time to change it because I had to get to work this drink ruined my mood. When I go to Starbucks, I can ask for a drink and modify it however I want. They do not tell me no because they don’t have a button. I will not be returning to this Dunkin.
