So your staff has attitude, gives poor service and still has the nerve to ask for a tip? Yeah, last time I go to a dunkin until you bring back standards and take away begging for a tip because a billion dollar corporation can’t pay their employees fairly.

Had to leave the drive thru without my drink due to poor service. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker to place my order and the worker sounded like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Got to the window and again waited over 5 minutes to be greeted. Left before I got my order. It is common to receive bad service later in the day. I usually have better experiences in the morning.

The afternoon crew is night and day compared to the morning crew. Employers don't welcome you, have an additude, as if its an inconvenience for them that I am there. One girl was on her phone and the boy there was the one giving rude.

Slow service and they gave me only four tiny hash browns with my order, and they were burnt and super hard. The dining room was filthy too with trash overflowing in the cans and on the ground. If America ran on this dunkin we wouldn’t be running very fast or very far.
