I literally have to leave this review as i’m driving. This was the BEST Dunkin I have ever been to in my life. Frozen coffee was perfect temperature, not too cold not too warm. Grilled Cheese was made perfectly, with so much cheese. The hashbrowns were a perfect crispy golden brown. Hats off to the GM, Managers, and Team Members. Dunkin' you have great HOT coffee but no coffee sleeves to keep my hand from burning, Why? Instead, I was charged 50 cents to buy just a cup so I could double my cup up...smh. On top of this, I don't think Chris could have been rude anymore to a fellow associate who was trying to help me. She was merely asking a question about the sleeve and was treated like an idiot in front of me. Very unprofessional.

Came into Dunkin with a large order for my job. Just so happened to be the time others came in as well. Although he was by himself, he kept a smile on his face and gave amazing service! A+ for Tyler. The drinks are awesome too! GOD Bless!
