A great place to get bagels, my wife particularly likes the Country Sausage with 2 eggs, I’m less adventurous so I like the whole wheat bagel with cram cheese
I placed a order online and went to pick up in drive thru. I waited over 20 for my food and decided to go inside where is was sitting ready and no one had remembered they needed to bring it out. My latte taste like drip coffee. Horrible experience
The bagels are delicious and fresh and they have a ton of different flavors.
I went and ordered an all-nighter with 1 egg. When I got home I realized my sandwich had ZERO egg and it was not heated. My cheese wasn’t even melted. How disappointing
Best bagels ever!!!
Not to mention the staff is amazing and extremely cheerful and happy
Such a delight to come in and pick up our shop
Breakfast 😍🥰 thanks Einstein Bros!
Best bagels in town keep up good work we love you all thanks
Me and my family go here almost every week And the food always tasted good but sometimes they don't give a lot of cream cheese and a few times I've been in the restaurant there is a homeless person siting in the corner
Really great bagels and friendly service!
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during our recent visit. The standout was definitely the staff member named CIO, who warmly greeted my wife and me as we entered. It was truly refreshing to feel welcomed! Unfortunately, the other staff members seemed largely unaware of our presence, which was disappointing.
CIO’s helpfulness made us feel right at home, and for that, I'm grateful! We would have given a five-star rating solely based on that exceptional service. However, I have to admit that if CIO is not available on our next visit, we might reconsider returning.
It's disheartening to witness such a lack of engagement from others in the establishment, as it doesn’t reflect well on the overall experience. Thank you, CIO, for making our visit memorable! Your dedication is appreciated!

Bagels are always good here but today we had some extra time to sit and eat while there. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and was immediately repulsed. There was feces all over the toilet and the floors were filthy I quickly washed my hands and left without eating. Absolutely nasty
The drive thru takes forever. Also, always check your order.

I typically wouldn't have anything bad to say about this location. Up until today they have never made a mistake. But this is a very poor quality control issue. A simple order. 2 items. A chai tea latte and a toasted Asiago bagle with a shmear. How can you mistake that for a sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagle? Normally it wouldn't be an issue but I can't even eat this mistake. When calling in, they have no way to correct this besides going all the way back out there to fix it or have it refunded. Hope this opens the eyes of staff to triple check every order instead of the usual chaos I can see from the order window.

If you offer the option to make bagels thin and confirm that both at the speaker and window, then why when I get the bag on two different occasions,it's never thin? I asked about a month ago which bagels were offered thin? The gentleman told me all can be. I said oh really? He said they just cut the regular bagel smaller. So I picked one and it was perfect. I tipped 100% on it because I know what they had to do to cut that bagel to make it thin (worked in the field 25 years). I went back again a few days later for the same thing, a lady on the headset took my order gave her the 100% tip and I received my order from the sandwich maker and the bagel wasn't thin. It was a normal sesame Bagel. Now I just left einstein for the last time today 20 minutes ago. Asked them if they can make the sesame Bagel thin, they said yes, went through the whole process. Went to the windows, confirmed. Gentlemen read back my order saying thin. 100% tip again. Same sandwich guy from the last time passed me my sandwich and guess what? My sesame Bagel was not thin. It's my fault not to go inside and complain or the fact that I just spent 17 extra dollars in tips for nothing but it being wrong. But it's saved money now because I'm done going there. I've come to the conclusion it's not the order takers fault. It's the sandwich maker. The same person that made it twice. Like I said, I was in the field for 25 years. He's an older gentleman. Probably too lazy to do it and doesn't care about the customers experience and that's okay. He has one less customers order to do.
