I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during our recent visit. The standout was definitely the staff member named CIO, who warmly greeted my wife and me as we entered. It was truly refreshing to feel welcomed! Unfortunately, the other staff members seemed largely unaware of our presence, which was disappointing.

CIO’s helpfulness made us feel right at home, and for that, I'm grateful! We would have given a five-star rating solely based on that exceptional service. However, I have to admit that if CIO is not available on our next visit, we might reconsider returning.

It's disheartening to witness such a lack of engagement from others in the establishment, as it doesn’t reflect well on the overall experience. Thank you, CIO, for making our visit memorable! Your dedication is appreciated!

Bagels are always good here but today we had some extra time to sit and eat while there. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and was immediately repulsed. There was feces all over the toilet and the floors were filthy I quickly washed my hands and left without eating. Absolutely nasty

The drive thru takes forever. Also, always check your order.

I typically wouldn't have anything bad to say about this location. Up until today they have never made a mistake. But this is a very poor quality control issue. A simple order. 2 items. A chai tea latte and a toasted Asiago bagle with a shmear. How can you mistake that for a sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagle? Normally it wouldn't be an issue but I can't even eat this mistake. When calling in, they have no way to correct this besides going all the way back out there to fix it or have it refunded. Hope this opens the eyes of staff to triple check every order instead of the usual chaos I can see from the order window.

If you offer the option to make bagels thin and confirm that both at the speaker and window, then why when I get the bag on two different occasions,it's never thin? I asked about a month ago which bagels were offered thin? The gentleman told me all can be. I said oh really? He said they just cut the regular bagel smaller. So I picked one and it was perfect. I tipped 100% on it because I know what they had to do to cut that bagel to make it thin (worked in the field 25 years). I went back again a few days later for the same thing, a lady on the headset took my order gave her the 100% tip and I received my order from the sandwich maker and the bagel wasn't thin. It was a normal sesame Bagel. Now I just left einstein for the last time today 20 minutes ago. Asked them if they can make the sesame Bagel thin, they said yes, went through the whole process. Went to the windows, confirmed. Gentlemen read back my order saying thin. 100% tip again. Same sandwich guy from the last time passed me my sandwich and guess what? My sesame Bagel was not thin. It's my fault not to go inside and complain or the fact that I just spent 17 extra dollars in tips for nothing but it being wrong. But it's saved money now because I'm done going there. I've come to the conclusion it's not the order takers fault. It's the sandwich maker. The same person that made it twice. Like I said, I was in the field for 25 years. He's an older gentleman. Probably too lazy to do it and doesn't care about the customers experience and that's okay. He has one less customers order to do.

They've gotta remove those cones from the drive thru or start parking people with big orders. I had a mobile order and I was the third car in line the car two cars in front of me ordered like $30 of food and they were stopped up for 20 minutes before I left without my food that I had already paid for. The guy directly in front of me ran over the cones to get out and every car behind me reversed out of the drivethru. I left without the food I already paid for and I was late for work.

This place is FAST. The guy running the orders had my egg sandwich ready in about a minute. I wasn’t even done pouring my coffee. It’s a relief going to work and losing all of five minutes on the road to get a quick meal and a coffee.

I picked up a large catering order for delivery to a medical facility and was only paid a total of $8.00. Under customer tip it shows Einstein Bagels. Hope your employees enjoyed my delivery tip……never again….your employee told me I needed to contact the company I delivered for when you are the one who requested the delivery

9/11 store # 1212 on Brandon Blvd.
I'm more disappointed about the service than the food. It was my first time eating at that location.
First, the cashier - I ordered new maple house sand 1 egg only $6.99, he offered me the combo, which I declined, yet he charged me $8.29 2 eggs. Crooked move

Secondly, the cashier - my client, used her # for me to get a discount (nice of her), well, I didn't get it. Crooked move

Lastly, the cook- I love melted cheese on my sandwich I watched him make the sandwich applied the cheese, fold it, place in the bag, hand it to me, and walked away. He did not wait for even a "thank you, sir".
That cashier was nice enough to ask the cook to nook my sandwich... the cook did not put honey on it either.

Used to really enjoy going. The food is good. It's easy to get what you need, quick and consistent quality. Nothing at this time is a wow. I used to enjoy my bagel and lox, but last few times it was alright. I found another local spot for my bagel needs. But I will still support Einsteins.

I also like the service. I went through the drive through and was asked if I needed anything else, all I asked for was a smile when I come up. And a smile a got from another employee as they work as a team at the window.
Sometimes the food makes things great but something that will always make your food and experience great is a simple smile and genuine staff.
