Great bagel. Had an issue with my order and the manager jumped right in to resolve it. Service was great. Person making the bagel not that friendly but everyone else was including the manager.

Excellent customer service, young ladies welcome each person that comes in but please when you take a order and like when I order sausage with my bacon 🥓 egg and cheese, those who made the order didn't put it in. I trust that it was done right, coming home and see that it was made wrong. I paid for the sausage. Pay attention!!😔🤨
