I absolutely 💯 love Firehouse Subs. That being said, I absolutely will NOT be going back to this store. Three crew members behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged me when I entered the store or as I stood at the counter to pickup my online order. There wasn't even anyone waiting to place an order at the counter. 3 groups of 2 already sitting and eating at tables. I waited 5 minutes before one of them brought an order to the pickup station, said the name on the order they were placing there, and just simply walked away. Still not acknowledging me. So I said "excuse me" and all three of them just stared at me like I was crazy instead of asking if they could assist me. Worst customer service ever. Definitely reporting this back to corporate. Franchises are to be held accountable for the brand they represent.

I don't know if the whole crew got stoned before their shift but omg waiting over 30 min for a sandwich is insane. The whole place was filled with people waiting on food. Very disappointed. This location is definitely off my food list.

I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. Each time I've been there there's been an issue. Today was the last straw. I placed an order at 12:51 p.m. online and it said My order would be ready at 1:10. P.m.. At 1:30 p.m. I was still sitting there waiting for my order and no one had even started making it. People who walked in and placed orders way after I had placed mine got their food, sat down, and finished eating before I even saw mine being made. Their food is subpar at best on a good day. I won't be going back.

First time eating from this establishment; the grilled chicken sandwich didn't taste bad at all.
Worst firehouse I've ever been to. Came and there's a guy screaming at staff 1st instinct "oh my it takes all kinds" After that I order and am told it'll be an hour 15. I shrugg go for a walk with family and come back ready to eat. Food is on counter literally covered in about 10 flies. The kids sandwiches don't have cheese. The "hot sauce bar" has the exotic and "7" rated "Tabasco sauce"

Went to this Firehouse subs after not being at one after 25 years. The one in Virginia Beach back in the day used to pack out cuz it was also a bar. Subs were great very meaty very full open ingredients really good back then. When we got there he was told the guy had been 25 years or more when he said I hope they're just as good now. Well they weren't very limited on the meat actually we had to hunt for the meat through the lettuce and tomato which also was a very much. Very light on the meats really couldn't taste the meat Good taste of lettuce and tomato and onion. They have raised their prices and limited their ingredients which a lot of companies are doing. Which is Americans screwing over Americans. Kay Jewelers on taste cuz it wasn't much there to taste except the lettuce and tomato and onion. My son is even special needs adults and he also noticed that they were very light on the stuff and we're not the best subs. We have gotten much better subs from Subway and Wawa. They give you much more on their subs meet and other ingredients period we now have another chance to go to this Firehouse subs or to buy one get one free coupon but I don't believe we're going to use it because even buy one get one free if the sub isn't made right or loaded with ingredients like it should be we're still wasting our money.
