Overall, the food and service were very good. The one major complaint is that I ordered smoked salmon, and the amount of salmon I got was very skimpy. For the price, they should be much more generous.

Our server Karen was awesome. She provided us with phenomenal service. Everyone was really nice and I enjoyed the fall menu. I had the pumpkin pancake breakfast and my son the chocolate chip pancake. Our appetizer was the million dollar bacon and for drinks I got a regular mimosa. My son, on the other hand, had a honey crunch iced coffee. Added a few photos to give you an idea!

Low firch watch breakfast. Always good. They can be a little pricey but it's well worth it. My favorite is the chickychemunga. I'm sure the spelling is incorrect but it's worth it. Check it out on the menu. Highly recommend for breakfast

I came on 9/1 with a party of 6 (including 1 child) for a birthday brunch. We were told the wait would be 20–35 minutes, yet we ended up waiting over an hour (11:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.). During this time, we watched multiple parties of equal or larger size (including those with high chairs and slings) get seated well before us.
When we questioned the excessive delay, we were told our party could not be accommodated with a high chair at a booth. However, we saw multiple other groups with high chairs seated at tables without issue. When we pointed this out, the manager (or acting manager) dismissed our concerns instead of offering a fair or professional solution.
In the end, the only reason we were finally seated was because the parent and child left the restaurant after the poor treatment we experienced. That is completely unacceptable, especially for a place we visit regularly.
The food was great, and our server Mariah was outstanding as always. But the handling by the host and manager that day ruined what should have been a special occasion. Management needs to address the clear inconsistency in how guests are treated.

My 3 year old daughter and I were unable to be served at this location because she needed a high chair. According to the general manager, Brionna Haley, they were having a hard time accommodating us with the high chair due to not wanting to be fined by the fire department. I understand wanting to stay in compliance with all codes, however we were told our wait time was 25-35 minutes and we waited well over an hour with no updates given to us. It wasn’t until we checked for the 2nd time, that we were told this information. The rest of my family was finally able to sit and eat their meal, but I voluntarily left with my daughter since the high chair was preventing the whole family from being seated. Not to mention, we were never offered a booster seat or anything else that could’ve rectified the situation. It should also be notated that many parties of 6+ that arrived after us, were sat before us. Apparently, hypothetically it’s because they could’ve checked in online or through their mobile app before us. We were also told, they don’t have much seating for “large” parties, so please be aware if you’re going with a large part. I love First Watch, but I’m very disappointed in this location and I will not be coming back.
