Day old or not. They have a large variety of breads, snacks, etc. Prices are lower than Winn Dixie, Publix, etc. We only get our needs here. Staff is extremely friendly and efficient.
I've been going to this discount bakery for over 10 years. This is where I get all my bread. Prices are about 1/2 what grocery stores charge, BUT most of it is either at or close to expiration. I have a large freezer so I buy for that. The best deal is the $2.00 Dave's products. I've seen them as much as $5.00 in the supermarkets.
Flowers is one of the largest bakery corporations. They own Nature's Own, Tastycake, Wonder, Daves, etc.
