Had a Philly from the food truck at the taco fest in Palmetto. A++++ Everything was fresh and the cheese was one of a kind.

A sandwich is a sandwich. Right? Maybe until you’ve tried one of theirs. I had the best Cuban yesterday I have ever had. Huge. Delicious with everything fresh. One of the owners went to culinary school and worked in restaurants. He’s not messing around. There is a problem though. Now I have to have another!! Fortunately they have their schedule posted. I’m hooked. What a great idea for an event. Quirky and Unique. Everyone loves sandwiches and these are top of the line. Guaranteed to bring happIness with fun memories!

The philly sandwich was fire! ? The meat had great flavor and veggies were cooked to perfection. And it was the first philly that I preferred the cheese sauce over actually cheese melted on it. The meat had great flavor and didn't rely on everything else to make it good. The bread was a perfect balance of toasty and squishy! If I am in the Tampa Bay area at an event I will be looking for their truck and hate that I only got the small sandwich today! Y'all are doing it right! My picky eater puppy approved and said thanks for the birthday treat!

I had a chicken caprese sandwich at the fox squirrel corn maze. It was so good! Service was fast and friendly and I highly recommend them!

I hope everyone gets the chance to enjoy this place! My compliments to the chef and everyone who had a part in the process. P.S. I left the unused ketchup packets on the table. Didn't need them! I'm coming for a Ruben next!

This was my first time trying this place I was just driving by and decided to stop, super glad I did. I got the chicken caprese sandwich, the chicken is like what you would get in a cheese steak sandwich and it was soo moist and flavorful, the tomatoes were fresh and the pesto was delicious, the sandwich comes pressed and the cheese that oozed out got so crusted and delicious, the bread tastes great and perfectly toasted. The fries are so addictive as well, they put a mojo seasoning on them, even my son loved them and he is a super picky eater. He got the chicken tenders and they were huge he said they were great. Husband got the philly cheesesteak and they go all out in that as well. The service was beyond excellent as well, the man who was at the front was super helpful and has a very friendly personality. I will definitely be back to this place.

Wheelchair accessibility: The truck is parked on a flat grassy area with plenty of room to get around. They have picnic tables that have plenty of room to pull a wheelchair or mobility scooter up to

Great sandwiches! FTS has a great selection of traditional sandwiches with unique twists that enhance the flavors and textures that will create a party in your mouth! I would highly recommend making a trip to their next destination to experience the food for yourself!
