I kindly requested a refund and the store employee informed me that it should take about a week or week and a half to receive my nearly $60 refund. Today is March 22nd, there is no refund in sight. I have called the location numerous times only to be told that they cannot locate my order number because the refund was submitted and there is nothing they can do. I was rudely provided with the store owner’s information whom they stated would be the only person with access to further investigate the status of my refund. I have called and left voicemails as well to no avail. I have since called the store a handful of times and my call is never picked up. The money is obviously important in this situation, however I’d like to point out that the principle issue here is lack of accountability and god awful customer service. Steer clear! One begrudging star because zero stars is not an option.

This was the first time we tried Great American Cookies in the Brandon Mall. We purchased the buy 5 get one free and had 2 sugar cookies, w chocolate chip cookies, and 2 snicker doodles. I say the best one of the 3 is the sugar cookie. They were all still good!! The staff was nice, and we were in and out in 5 minutes with our order.

Usually great, but in the last couple of months has gone down hill a bit. I went today to redeem the free cookie slice that’s only valid this weekend and they said their system wouldn’t work but could offer me $1 off. Manager wasn’t friendly at all, and made it seem like it was my problem.

These are the best cookies I ever tasted. The outside is crunchy and the inside is chewy and yummmy. They also have free samples which is great. I don’t know why everyone likes crumble. It’s overrated…these are better so go run to get these cookies.

Usually a great experience. Went to Great American Cookie Company for a 4 pack of double doozies. I asked for four chocolate chip double doozies. I was informed that they did not have any. After looking around and seeing that I was the only customer, and that they had approximately 12-16 chocolate chip cookies on display to sell, I asked if they would make the double doozies. When I asked, I watched another employee pull out the icing bucket. The employee at the counter (Cynthia) informed me that they will only sell what they already have. I thought this was weird, considering it was just after lunch time and they would still be open for multiple hours that day. I will return, but will not go out of my way to do so anymore.

This place is simply amazing and delicious! Ever since my first purchase, I have been a repeating customers. The staff is always nice and there for the customers. They always bake the cookies fresh and you can’t beat the deals on the purchases. I highly recommend the White Chunk Macadamia, Pecan Supreme and the Cookies & Cream.

I think I could pipe better... I should of just had my husband ask for piped icing to go, so I could redo it. The proportions are so off to the size of the cake. The baseball is ridiculously small for the size of the cakes.
I just called to place a custom cake order for my engagement party Sunday and with Zach and he was so nice and understanding through the entire process absolutely amazing guy!

This establishment has the most unprofessional and unpleasant staff members. One of the staff members gave me an attitude and refused to take my order. She then proceeds to give me order to her colleague. This individual at first seemed helpful but then seems to have the same attitude as her coworker when I told them that I would contact their manager. He stood them correcting me that it’s a she not a he and that the manager would be their Monday. It was quite an unpleasant experience and I will not purchase from this facility in the future. They just lost a customer. I will advise to stay away from here so that you don’t have the same encounter I did.

Funny story. I was in South Carolina recently and was craving some peanut butter (PB) cookies. Drove to the Great American Cookie store only to be told that they were out of peanut butter cookies! I was like "Good Gravy Man" Fast forward to this week. I head to the Westfield Brandon mall and was ecstatic to see that they had cookies a plenty. I scooped up 10 PB cookies and also some sugar cookies. I had a great conversation with Manny and we laughed about my experience in South Carolina. Conversations make the shopping experience enjoyable. The store was clean and the cookies were delicious. Thank You Manny! We'll be back! I'll need to revisit to try the other cookies flavors.

A bit ago, when I first came to this store I thought it was laid out great, better than the old store. On a second look I saw the floor was covered with cookie crumbs, and there was little gnats around the cookies as well as the trashes we’re full. When I went to order my cookies the boy that served me didn’t talk to me the entire transaction and had a snarky look on his face and seemed to just want to get it over with. What I originally went in for they didn’t have, which was cake slices. The boy said we are out for the night even though this wasn’t anywhere near close. I advise there be better customer service training as well as the store be picked up so people don’t come in and see the mess that was made.

Ordered a cookie cake for Christmas, had someone else pick up so I did not have a chance to see it. However, when placing the order I said only white icing and a red dot for the I. All of that was done, however the Merry Christmas writing was very skimpy, more cookie than writing covering the cookie. Even the border was skimpy. Disappointed in the looks, disappointed I did not have the person send a pic to me first. Hoping when we eat it tomorrow that will make up for looks..
