Boba is delicious, just wish i could request to get it with less attitude next time. I'm tired of the service and the rude attitude from the young lady the short one, she had rolled her eyes when asked a simple question when just trying to get some clarification on my drink. Atleast act and look like you want to be there!

The tea isn’t terrible but it’s definitely not good. I’ve had much better for much less. No customer service at all. You just order and take your drink. Not even a smile from the staff. Not worth ordering from here.

First off the food you get doesn't look like the pictures at all. The broth looks and taste old like it was the leftovers from the day before or even before that, the meat it shows you get 4 pieces but we got 2 small pieces. The eggs and meat were discolored. Staff did not look like they wanted to be there.

Everything was great except the girl ringing out. Every time she rings me out she looks miserable, doesn’t talk, and just has a super bad energy about her, obviously doesn’t want to be there. When I see her at the front I no longer go to order

Ordered a spring roll and ramen from here for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious; The boba is subpar from past experience. The manager was disrespectful. Not to us, but to his staff. It is never, ever appropriate to yell at your employee in front of customers or in general, regardless of how late they are for their shift. It’s tardiness, not the end of the world. Would’ve loved to keep eating here but absolutely not after seeing that. I suggest those employees quit expeditiously and find other services to work for. No amount of wage is worth that.

Not the real Hey Tea, they stole the original branding.

Service was a bit slow, but my strawberry mohito tea was great.

Ordered a mango yogurt boba tea. Everything was artificial and overly sweet.

Be Careful, This is not the real HeyTea! This is a knockoff one, same name as a well established milk team chain.

I’m new in town and I was very surprised to see this name in a suburban mall food court directory, until I check the store photo and menu. What a disappointment!

Avoid this place if you want a decent experience. The food is dreadful, and the service is the worst. There’s a Chinese guy there, likely the manager or owner, who is unbelievably rude and arrogant. He doesn't seem to know how to speak to customers—he just yells as if we’re getting the food for free. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Very mid. Thai tea was a premade mixture from a pitcher, not the real deal and charging $5.99 for that is ridiculous.

Don’t buy boba here. Too expensive and they taste awful and the boba wasn’t chewy. It was still hard. Just not worth the cost at all. Plz have better training for employees.

Maybe I got really lucky but my vegetarian ramen was pretty tasty! The girls were nice at the front l. Reading some of the other reviews makes me a little cautious but I will try again and update again if my opinion changes. I was happy that a vegetarian ramen was even offered and I wasn’t expecting the taste to be great tbh but it was pretty tasty imo.

I spent $45 on 2 ramen bowls and 2 boba teas. It was horrible. When I pulled the lids off the bowls, the food smelled rotten. I could hardly eat my food because of the smell. My daughters told me at the time it tasted ok. I found out later they said that because they didn’t want me to embarrass them by returning it. The chicken they use in the Chicken Ramen is John Seoul precooked chicken out of a bag. For 14 per bowl, that’s crazy. The eggs in the ramen tasted totally rotten. One of my daughters felt really sick after eating it and had major diarrhea for an hour when we got home. Also, the tapioca pearls in the boba were slimy. This place should be shut down. Don’t eat here.
