My son had plastic in his food and the staff claimed that the mushrooms sometimes come with plastic from China. He did not want to make a new bowl of ramen for me. Stay away. Horrible food, horrible customer service.

Love the drinks, not crazy about the food. Get you a big bubble tea and food somewhere else in the food court or nearby restaurants. The ramen was underwhelming and the takoyaki lacked octopus. But the boba? Phenomenal.

The food is good, the size is a little smaller than other ramen places for the same price.

The ramen and drinks here are so yummy! They give you a good portion of ramen too. I tried their Honeydew Milk Tea and I was instantly in love! I plan on going back for more!

They have a good strawberry green tea with strawberry popping bobas buuttttcthere is some short possibly Hispanic man that works there that is beyond rude and uneducated about what they sell....thankfully there is a nice Asian woman that works there and I only get the tea if she is working there. There food is trash though my 10 year old made better food than that

If you don't like seaweed, never try it. I bought it to try and threw it away without eating it.

Love their milkshakes and I buy one every day but they have an employee a guy that seems to be Hispanic but I might be wrong, he’s rude and unprofessional, every time I come here he’s just rude with no reason. I almost stopped coming here just because of him but today they had a new employee I guess an Indian girl super nice and polite. Maybe it’s time to give it a chance but they guy is still here and he clearly doesn’t want to work here or customer service is not his forte.

Asked for a brown sugar boba tea and got looked at like a deer on headlights. If you don’t have the product or don’t want to serve me just say so. Had to lie to get out of a conversation between the employees that I wasn’t included in, and when I turned around after leaving they were laughing. My apologies for requesting a product that is advertised, did not mean to inconvenience the workers with my presence. Unprofessional

EXCELLENT RAMEN, tastes home made, can easily rival restaurants like NEW MOON in Lake land, similar

Complete waste of money and time, I just spent $30 for lunch and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. The Tonkotsu ramen that I ordered was simply terrible. The ramen is of poor quality and stuck together and the broth was tasteless. The pork slices were super thin. I ate about half of it and threw the rest of it away. Additionally, I tried the Passion fruit tea with boba, but even that fell short of my expectations. The tea drink was ok, but boba pearls were overly chewy and lacked any sweetness. I came at 11am, start of day so you would think they have plenty ingredients for the food they sell but not this place. I tried to order the calamari but they don't have any. So I ordered the salt n pepper popcorn chicken after the cashier confirmed with the cook that they have this. After I paid, while waiting for my food they tell me they don't enough popcorn chicken for a full order, so instead changed to chicken dumplings, which is $6 on the menu, I paid $8 for another item that they don't have. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. The poor quality and tasteless ramen, combined with lackluster boba tea and unimpressive service, make for a disappointing dining experience.

This was surprisingly good! They serve up appetizers, tea, and ramen out of a kiosk in the food court at Westfield Brandon Mall. They have quite an array of different ramen bowls such as tonkotsu, shoyu, miso, vegetable, shrimp, ad chicken ramen. They also have their signature Kawawa ramen that has a kimchi broth. That's what I selected for lunch today. It's spicy and topped with pork belly chashu. They can make it spicier upon request. My bowl was the perfect spice level for me. The noodles are thin and cooked perfectly (not too soft). The seasoned soft boiled egg was executed well. There are many brick & mortar restaurants that still use unseasoned hard boiled eggs. This egg puts them to shame. The pork belly and everything you'd expect in a ramen was there. They serve it in a covered sturdy bowl that is perfect for takeout. They serve it hot. I think the only criticism I have is that they need bigger spoons for the broth. Unless you don't mind drinking from the bowl which is the traditional way to do it.If you're not into ramen, then they have other options. I haven't tried any of the appetizers yet. However, I'm very interested in trying the takoyaki and the salt n' pepper popcorn chicken. They both look delicious. They also serve boba tea drinks. So far I've had the Pineapple Passion Fruit and the Supreme Mix Fruit teas. Both are refreshing and come with fresh fruit. The mixed fruit one actually had chunks of watermelon and slices of orange, lime, apples, and strawberries. I was blown away by the fact that they automatically give you a long plastic fork so that you can pull out the fruit from the cup. What a great idea! I've never seen that before. They have many other drink options and many toppings. The service was great! I can see myself getting takeout from this place in the future. It was really good for not being a full service restaurant. I'm looking forward to trying the tonkotsu ramen next time as well as the appetizers I mentioned earlier. It's so good to finally have a ramen/boba option at the mall.

This is literally one of the best boba places I have ever been to. They use real tea and it is not too sweet either. On top of that the food is immaculate. I would go back any chance I get. I also love how cute the cups are especially the fruit teas its so worth it!!!! This place is bussing
