Love the ham, turkey, and sides. We would have it for every holiday but it's just so expensive
Small portion food with expensive price. Costumer service rude. … that’s my experience eating dining.
I arrived to pick up my order. Note. I ordered this 3 days prior and and the stuff wasn't ready. They were asking me what I wanted and my wife and daughter ordered it. I was just picking it up. They got real rude then to me
This place is fine, I have no real complaints. Food, service, and cleanliness are all excellent as always. The only issue I have is how Thanksgiving was handled (my most recent visit). This has nothing to do with the staff, they did all they could possibly do. But, as a lot of us did, I pre-ordered online a month several weeks prior to Thanksgiving, and was given a pick-up time. When I arrived, there was not only a line for those that were ordering that day (the Wednesday before Thanksgiving), but a SEPARATE line for those that pre-ordered. Fine and dandy. Wanna guess which line was longer? And, wanna guess which line moved slower? That would be the pre-order line. So, what was the point of pre-ordering? Also, someone that pre-ordered was told they were out of what they pre-ordered (and paid for in advance), heard this conversation whilst waiting in line. The corporate higher-ups should come up with a better plan on what would conceivably be their busiest day, for both their waaaay over-stressed workers and the customers that give them money ahead of time with the presumption that they don't have to deal with the exact same process as those that waited until the last minute. Just my 2 cents.
I ordered a 3 - 3.99 lb Bonless ham online took option to pay at store went to store and said I ordered a 3 lb ham I knowing very well it could be a 3.99 lb or a little more going into the store but my associate looked and found the smallest one available at 3.7 lbs exactly what I wanted absolutely delicious worth every red cent 😋 now that's how you do it folks everyone is happy 😊
Food was good, eventho it was really busy still got thru the lines pretty quick.

FIRST TIME EVER:( Just getting ready to put the ham out for Thanksgiving and it's dry. Nothing to do now but make sandwiches with a lot of mayo.... The spiral slicing is so uneven - goes from thick to thin on the same slice it's hard to portion out.

Placed Thanksgiving order in advance, pick up window 5-5:30pm, showed up at 5:17pm and the line is wrapped around the block. It took an hour to get my order, absolutely ridiculous. I did not have this issue where I pre-ordered last year elsewhere AND it was picked up on Thanksgiving day. Obviously this pick up system is not efficient, and maybe you need to only fulfill pre-orders the day prior to a major holiday just like you stop taking lunch orders.

40 min wait to pick up a prepaid order. The line to pick up unpaid orders is much faster. Lesson learned- don’t give them your money up front, once they got it they don’t care about good service.

Deceptive business practices resulting in overcharging of customers. Prepaid for a 7.5 lb ham online. Upon pick up, the “smallest” ham they had was 10 lb and they expected me to pay the difference. I refused and they went back and found another “smallest ham they had” at 9 lb. When I still refused to pay the difference, they found a 7.88 lb ham and still expected me to pay more even though none of this was my fault. I asked to speak with a manager and got none. Upon refusing to pay the difference, the employee told me it’s because they “give away too much product” and “we’re just gonna charge the card you have on file anyways.” The deceptive and uncaring attitude of this store is unacceptable. I’ve used honey baked for years but this will be the last year since I feel like you really tried to rip me off.
