The young lady at the window should be promoted fire the manager on duty and give the young lady at the window. The manager position whichever manager is on duty. Tonight is going to ruin the business. I came in tonight after ordering for pizzas online they were wrong when I came to the window, the manager offered through a message through employee that they would offer me store credit for what I really wanted if I would take what they made. I asked to take what they made and just use the store credit now because my family wanted pepperoni pizza and they were trying to give me cheese, finally I finally settled for them cooking pepperonis and placing them on the cheese pizzas because it would be a waste of product. It wasn’t a waste of my money to pay for it would be a waste of product. Manager couldn’t bring her self out that their order is a waste of product, just want to thank the girl at Window for being amazing and professional and hopefully she gets a manager position and this manager is fired

Deb has a disgusting attitude and does not need to be in customer service if she thinks checking a customer is the proper way to handle things. She looks and acts identical to street trash. And to make matters worse the tall manager that wears glasses okays her behavior. The girl didnt even want to give me a receipt which is what prompted me to ask for a manager after her nastt behavior. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I had several people to just bare the drive and go to a different location. She is the type to do something to your food because you say something to her

I didn’t plan on reviewing. I been going to this location for years. Last year or two same issue. I order extra cheeze extra mushroom. They sometimes do extra cheese, never add extra mushroom. I usually don’t say anything but last week I did. They told me they’d make it right next time. I go back and order again today and talked to them about it as I ordered (staff was extremely nice btw) but I get my pizza and once again there is hardly toppings, despite saying extra cheese/extra mushrooms, there was spots on the pizza that was literally just bread and sauce. I won’t come back to this location. It should have been an easy fix, not sure why they don’t just put the toppings people pay for.
