I pulled up to the drive through, and the man working there couldn’t find my order. He didn’t care and offered zero solutions. I already paid online, so I called after I left to make sure my credit card wasn’t charged. The lady I spoke with said “oh, they probably didn’t look hard enough for it. Yes, it’s right here”. I already left and wasn’t coming back. I expressed my frustration with her in a polite manner. She then hung up on me.Low lives work here and most likely the food quality would have been terrible anyway given how this place operates. They did me a favor. This place definitely ruined Hungry Howies pizza for me and I will not order from there again or from any location for that matter.

A waste of time for delivery I ordered a small sausage and mushroom pizza and got only mushrooms and had to come to the store to get what I paid for none the less I had to pay a delivery fee and still had to drive up I will not be ordering from this establishment again kind of ridiculous but whatever your restaurant is filthy and will be feeding this pizza to the rats that live in my dumpsters

Wish I could give a zero. Paid 40 dollars for a large pizza just too be sent the wrong one. Then when I call and make complaint I get treated rudely and nobody contacts me back too make things right. I even called corporate twice too have the owner call me and I get ignored. I then called the store for them too say I'm a liar and there is no corporate number and I'm trying too steal a pizza. Lmao like for real man this place is ridiculous. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. All I want is the damn pizza I paid 40 dollars for smfh

The food was excellent and made perfectly to my satisfaction. It was nice and hot... and seasoned well. The customer service was amazing and very attentive. I had a great experience. I definitely recommend eating there at the Brandon location.

Went to this place to order two pizzas I was trying to explain to the young girl that dint understand English very good then the manager comes up and thought I was being rude to the girl with my wife next to me he was so rude and said he won't have me talking to his employee that way I was not rude he was he's an idiot because he was rude and lost out on a big order! I'll never go to Hungry Howies ever again and my company will no longer spends $1000 at this company again I promise you this. This is not the only location that has messed up orders. And has other rude managers.
