This location used to be good. Now it is horrible. I went to go give a review. And I I seen 4 other bad reviews in 3 days. So it’s just not me. I had a family member order pizza who is a senior citizen.who can’t drive at night so he orders it for delivery he was told 45 min. It got there in 7 min. Not enough time to cook and drive it. To the location. So it was prob all ready made and sitting it was cold. They complain. For the first time after ordering from this location...read full review
Ordered from the Bloomingdale location at 6:41 pm.....at 8:08pm...app said order completed and delivered...I called and after a 20 minute argument with the location blaming Door Dash on the non-existent delivery....I asked the 3 year tenured self identified female Manager...why had no one called us....miraculously...they were just calling us. Whenever a mistake....why does everyone default to comp foods or tabs?

I order from them once if not twice a week I decided to change it up today and got wings worst mistakes my life. I have not eaten anything else today mind you. I Got my food ate three wings out of six and needless to say those three wings did not want to be ate. I called them and asked how the wings are made.. conversation
