Listennn! Oxtails are BAD; tender and seasoned to perfection. Portions are Huge and the price was very reasonable. Rice and Peas delicious and that cabbage Mon- Omgosh. I know good Jamaican food when I have it and this one is amazing! Don’t forget to get her homemade Fruit Punch! An added drink that made me feel like I was in the islands 🇯🇲. Also the vibes is nice. She is super friendly. I’ll be back very soon… just moved in the area and no need to look for another spot! #Respect

Island Crew Jamaican Food Truck is next level! From the moment I walked up, I was greeted with such warmth—the lady who owns it is incredibly pleasant and makes you feel like family.
Now let’s talk about the food… 🔥 The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat and smoky flavor. And the curry goat? Fall-off-the-bone tender and full of rich, bold flavor. Every bite was like a trip to Jamaica.

Service and Atmosphere 5+ stars, however I had to throw my plate out of the window … made my stomach hurt 😞 not authentic Jamaican flavor either but the people are very polite I just could not stomach it and I lost money but it’s cool a little experience just being completely honest no shade at all
Absolutely outstanding! The Island Chew food truck in Brandon is a true gem. Their jerk chicken is perfectly spiced and tender, easily the best I’ve had. The peas and rice are flavorful and complement the chicken beautifully. The cabbage is fresh and well-seasoned, providing a nice balance to the meal.
The plantains are caramelized to perfection, adding a delightful sweetness. Carline’s mac & cheese is creamy and comforting, a perfect side dish. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, simply delicious.
Both the beef and jerk chicken patties are packed with flavor and have a wonderful flaky crust. Every bite from Island Chew is a burst of authentic Caribbean taste. The food is made with heart & soul. Highly recommended! Five stars!
