Jersey Mikes at this location has always done an outstanding job. Today they were extremely busy. I think a new guy was working today. They had a lot of online orders (like mine) and a lot of people in the store. Busy is an understatement. I walked out 34 minutes after my online order should have been done. Got my order and left but instead of a veggie I got two turkeys. The veggie was for someone who cannot eat meat. Not won’t, can’t, due to a kidney disorder. Traffic was bad and we couldn’t go back so that person didn’t eat right then and we had to stop down the road for something else. Also, no chips. Grrr…. Most of you know how frustrating this is. At the same time, I could see these guys were doing their best to get the orders out and I can’t imagine the pressure they must have felt with people staring them down as they were standing around waiting for their orders. Guys, especially the new guy, don’t get to going so fast you lose sight of the detail. Food can kill. Take your time and do it right. People are already waiting. They will have to wait another 2, or 3, or 4 minutes longer. Yes, they will not be happy. Yes, they will look at you and make noises of displeasure sometimes. But you have to put that out of your head and take your time to get the order right. One peanut can kill someone. The customers will wait. I think in situations like this the customers should be told to take a number and have a seat. We’re getting caught up and will be will you in just a few moments. I think the customers were ok for the most part. No one was raising hell or acting stupid. I think everyone could see how hard these guys were working today. I guess this just goes to show you how good Jersey Mikes is. Everyone wants Jersey Mikes.

Jersey Mike’s consistently delivers great food, but what truly set this visit apart was the manager. Their leadership was evident the moment I walked in. The customer service was superb, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly without feeling forced.
The manager paid close attention to every detail, ensuring orders were accurate, the staff stayed engaged, and the atmosphere remained positive and efficient. It’s clear they lead by example, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.
On top of that, the food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care, exactly what you expect from Jersey Mike’s, but elevated by the level of service provided.
This location stands out because of strong management and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this Jersey Mike’s to others.

Ordered a sandwich online for pickup.
I was in a hurry to a meeting up the road, drove 20 minutes to get here specifically and when I arrived they apologized there was NO BREAD.
That's super crazy but what upset me is that if you have no bread, then you can't make sandwiches and therefore you have plenty of time to call, email or text your customers that you can not fulfill the order.
Had to go to Pormaderos 2 minutes from them and was late for an important meeting.
We pay your bills, get better/efficient.

Young lady at counter was rude. I asked why did the 3 people that came in after me got their food. She said we'll we are busy. I have never seen them cook the food orders in the wrong order.

My go-to is a Giant #8-Club, Mike's way with a kick of added jalapeños and pepper relish on parmesan rosemary bread. All things considered(time, cost, taste, size, ingredients), it's the best sandwich, made fresh, made quick, by the best sandwich makers in the business. I use the app to order and it's always ready by the time I arrive, plus I get points to use on future orders! Now I'm hungry just thinking about it...

I ate from Jersey Mikes for the first time ever yesterday. The girl who made my sub was a bit rude. I did not kno the process of how they do what they do there. The way she treated me I just went & ate in my car….. Of course I was the only customer in there by the way. Anyway I’ll like my 13$ back for the customer service received & quality of food. I will not be back. Thank you.!
They do not even look at you as you stand in line to order. They have many call in orders so do not expect to get sandwich. Never again

Jersey Mikes subs are always delicious but the staff at this particular location is incredible! They had HUGE to go orders probably 50+ subs in the 15 minutes I dinned in. All while managing the walk in customers without flaw! I’ve never seen such a thing, I hope management or ownership rewards them!!
