We ordered a new pastrami sandwich this weekend and this is the second time we have been sick after eating at this location. The first time I thought it might just be bad lettuce on our cold subs after we ended up with a terrible stomach ache. This time there was no lettuce on our hot sandwich and we ended up with a terrible stomach ache about an hour after we ate. I will not be visiting this location again. Two times after eating from this restaurant, my spouse and I have been sick! We had terrible stomach aches with everything that goes with badly prepared food and a headache. We had not eaten anything during the day except for this sandwich. I am not sure how cross-contamination occurred on a cold sub and then a hot sub, but we definitely got sick after eating here-TWICE.

Came on Sunday 10/27 for lunch. This location is always clean and has fast service. Every single person working is kind, professional, and acts happy to be there. The food is always great (duh) but the staff make the experience.

Jersey Mike’s on Causeway in Brandon, FL is usually a go to for us when we get sandwich cravings. That is until today, we ordered our usuals that include lettuce. The subs that were delivered to us contained a large amount of WET lettuce, resulting in soggy subs. Get it together Jersey Mike’s, you just lost a valuable customer.

The restaurant has the classic decor with the beach chairs on the walls which I love. I had the Smokey Southwest cheese steak sandwich as a bowl. This is a great combination with the sauce. There are peppers and tomatoes. I had it in a bowl with lots of lettuce. It is delicious.

I prefer Jersey Mike’s overall however not this location. It’s always something. Today I ordered with extra meat. It did not have extra meat. So that’s $3.75 wasted also there was zero juice on it. And I can see why the girl dressing the sandwiches had six in front of her and because it was busy with people ordering and picking up she was probably confused on what she has done. She asked if mine had extra meat and the girl doing the meat, hesitated for a few seconds, and had to think about it. It did not look like any other sandwiches that were there. Same amount of meat. Stay away from this location. You’ll be disappointed as I am and this is not the first time.
I called the place to let them know they messed up my order. Management stated there was nothing they could do as I didn’t state i wanted lettuce and tomato on my bowl. I explained to them I had previously ordered a bowl (same one)and it came with lettuce and tomato. Person on the phone kept say there was nothing they can do. They didn’t even asked to remake it at no charge. Very disappointing as I order quite often from them.

Fred or freirica girl at the register don’t really know her name she would not give it to me but the manager Maria said that was her name she is very rude after phone ordering my order I get here and the sandwich is not made she tells me that if I don’t want it I could leave this is not how you talk to a paying customer when they dropped the ball and didn’t make my sandwich. These type of people need to be put in blast because they are the ones destroying the brand.

Went in and asked for a custom sandwich and was told I couldn't do that I had to order a sandwich and customize, ordered an Italian and got some extra meats. My son just wanted a ham, salami Swiss but being that's not on the menu I had to order a sandwich and pay extra for 3 meats. I don't mind paying extra but don't tell me you can't customize it if I'm paying for it. Ended up paying almost $40 for ONLY 2 sandwiches
