No matter if you order online and specify a pick up time or if you order in the store, it takes FOREVER to get a damn sandwich. The point of ordering online is to have it ready when I get to the store, not so I can sit and wait for it to be made.

I’ve ordered from this location twice and both times my sandwich was disappointing. The bottom bread was completely drenched in vinegar. On top of that, when I came for pickup, the bag was tossed onto the counter at me.

We ordered a new pastrami sandwich this weekend and this is the second time we have been sick after eating at this location. The first time I thought it might just be bad lettuce on our cold subs after we ended up with a terrible stomach ache. This time there was no lettuce on our hot sandwich and we ended up with a terrible stomach ache about an hour after we ate. I will not be visiting this location again. Two times after eating from this restaurant, my spouse and I have been sick! We had terrible stomach aches with everything that goes with badly prepared food and a headache. We had not eaten anything during the day except for this sandwich. I am not sure how cross-contamination occurred on a cold sub and then a hot sub, but we definitely got sick after eating here-TWICE.
I can’t stop going back, I don’t know why I slept on Jersey Mike’s for so long. They satisfy my craving every time! The employees here are also always in a good mood.

Jersey Mike’s on Causeway in Brandon, FL is usually a go to for us when we get sandwich cravings. That is until today, we ordered our usuals that include lettuce. The subs that were delivered to us contained a large amount of WET lettuce, resulting in soggy subs. Get it together Jersey Mike’s, you just lost a valuable customer.
