Stale bread once again. Tried to give this place another go since they’re literally 3 mins from my house instead of driving to the location on Causeway which is ALWAYS fresh, but nope..stale bread again. Not giving this place another try. Ingredients should be fresh especially with the cost of the sandwich.

The service wasn’t good today We have gone in the past and never had an issue They didn’t ask what we wanted on our sandwich and also I ask for certain items in my salad and when I got home it wasn’t in it

Starting in 2025 this location no longer offers a military discount and charges 35% extra for Door Dash orders. Will not be ordering from Jersey Mikes again.

My partner and I recently visited this Jersey Mikes and had a great time! I almost never leave reviews but this staff was so amazing and attentive with us and our sandwiches were great too! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area.

This is the second time I’ve had really bad service. Actually no service at all. I admit I arrived just before closing but the sign did say OPEN. I walked in on the night of Tuesday July 16th to 3 employees cleaning and packing up to close. No eye contact, no hello, no nothing! Just going about their business to get out of there. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help and they walked right past me. No engagement what so ever. I was totally avoided so I would leave and I did. I was telling a coworker about my experience and they had a similar experience there too. We won’t be back! If you are all about quality, that goes for employees too!

Jersey Mike’s has great customer service! My favorite place to eat a quality Philly cheese sandwich, much better than eating at Firehouse sub and Subway, if firehouse sub and subways decides to emerge, still they wouldn’t stand a chance of winning against Jersey Mike’s, I would go a little further and say, let them franchise under Jersey Mike.. lol..
