Really not a sanitary place. Went in to order a pizza and first thing I saw was a worker wearing gloves while eating a fast food burger. He then came over to take my order at the computer wearing the same gloves (and mayonnaise on his face) and then went back to start making my pizza. I felt bad but I had to ask him to change his gloves for me because it was disgusting to watch. Would not order from here sight unseen.

Love getting Jets pizza. Delivery driver tonight accidentally gave us the wrong pizza. When I called to share my frustration the staff was absolutely amazing! They were so kind and immediately fired up our order again and was at our door within 20 minutes. Great location!

Went downhill as of late. I have ordered from Jets for awhile now and they were always great pizzas. But lately, the quality of the pizza is not there. Today, gave them another try and it went horribly. 1. The driver failed to bring items on my order. 2. The pizza was absolutely smothered in buffalo sauce. It was burnt to the extent that all of the onions were black and each bite was crunchy. I buy 2 pizzas just about every two weeks for the guys at work at approximately $55 with tip, I expect better. I called to complain to Joey and was told sorry to hear that. Well, I’m sorry. You’ve lost my business.
Jet's is definitely in my top 5 pizza places. It's Detroit style (rectangular deep dish, but not as thick as Chicago style) and the best part about Jet's specifically is the flavored crust. Several options, but I always get Turbo. It's the one pizza you WANT to get the corner piece. Pickup and delivery are both easy and usually it's ready before I even get there. It's just a carryout/delivery place---don't plan on dining in---but so good.
