I use to like going here. But that last 3 visits the sandwich taste like bread and lettuce only. They need to be a little more generous with the meat. Go to jersey mikes if you want a better value well made sub.

I enjoy lunch here often as it’s convenient and close to work. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is always well prepared and delicious no matter what I order. The establishment is always clean. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and the outdoor seating is in a nice shaded area. When I need a moment of peace and something good to eat, I head right over to this particular location and I am never ever disappointed!

Freaky fast, really good subs. The people here are very nice
Mediterranean chicken wrap wasn’t good at all (very unhappy) no humas and the chicken was sliced chicken !!!! Won’t recommend this wrap at all !!! Disappointed!!!

I cant get enough of jimmy johns especially this location. They always do it right u like other locations I’ve been too. I always get the number 9 with extra mayo extra crispy jalapeño and extra onion and when I say it’s so perfect. You should try it.10/10

Changes to delivery means not dependable anymore! Placed an order online at 10:44am for ASAP. An hour later - no delivery, no contact but when I click tracking on my order it says "delivered". I called this store and was told "oh you must be the order that UberEATS dropped". I asked why UberEATS was involved and was told that "when we are busy, we use UberEATS for 3rd party delivery". This was not listed anywhere and "Freaky Fast" needs to be removed from your slogan/advertising. I work for a business that uses this location pretty heavily for delivery because in the past Jimmy Johns has been the only dependable delivery restaurant - UberEATS has NOT ever been dependable for our company. We order a LOT of Jimmy Johns but I am changing my view on that now if UberEATS will be delivering. I was assured someone would bring my order right away. 30 minutes later - still no order. What I find interesting is why am I asked to provide delivery details and my phone number if the person delivering is either not given or doesn't use my delivery details or phone number? I called back again to say I was uphappy that the order stil hadn't arrived. Keep in perspective that we have specific set lunch times and we are not able to walk around our building "looking" for the delivery person nor can we eat when food is delivered long after our lunch time has ended. See my predicament? On my second call I was put on hold and told "they'd look into it". I couldn't stay on hold and had to go because of work. About 15 minutes later someone who works in a different building on our campus came and asked "is this your food ?". They said someone came to their door and then went back to sit in their car - they unlocked the door and waited and eventually the person came and handed them the bag but didn't say who it was for or ask if they were in the right place. Honestly they could have handed the bag to anyone. Again, if I give delivery directions and my phone number, why aren't those used? I also noticed that Jimmy Johns has decreased the number of characters we can even enter into the delivery directions section! Please fix this mess!

The sandwich selection is impressive, with all ingredients being fresh and flavorful. The quality of the sandwiches is noticeably superior to other establishments.
The bread is consistently soft and fresh.
The customer service is exceptional.
The pricing is quite reasonable for the generous portion sizes.
Not sure what happened to this location, probably staffing issues, but the subs come out of here like molasses.
Ordering ahead is useless as they make everyone’s subs in store before pick up now.

The sandwich was not prepared as asked ask for lettuce tomato and mustard came back with no tomato and mayonnaise The Coke was flat.

We went to make an online order because I have a $5 off $20 coupon. Online ordering was down. We called the store to place the order and they wouldn't honor the coupon even though they told us they had to restart the online ordering due to a power outage. Ridiculous they wouldn't honor it.
