Did not ask if we had a shrimp allergy and gave free shrimp. Yum yum sauce was not sweet, not good. Ginger salad was… not sweet, not good. Miso soup had oil bubbles on top of the soup… not good. Does not serve noodles. Does not serve broccoli. Only used 2 eggs in rice…. Other places I go to typically use 6 eggs. Service gave dirty looks. Did not take our orders for 30 minutes. I literally had a plate just full of onions for 15 minutes. One of the chefs who cooked for our party finished within 30 minutes whereas the other took 50 minutes. Went to the restroom… no toilet paper. Went on a typical Saturday night at 8pm.

Good food and fun entertainment while it's being prepared. Order extra rice and you will have plenty of leftovers to make another meal or two.

Ate here a couple of times and if they do serve you its amazing! Unfortunately they seem understaffed and were pretty rude to us last time we went. They told us to wait without an ETA and after 20mins we left since they were just ignoring us. There didn't seem to be any huge rush or anything so yeah. Disappointed.

Not the best. They post they offer sushi and even have neon sign showing sushi, but they haven't offered this in years. The soup was weak tasting and so was the tea, like cutting main ingredient in half to save money. The hibachi was okay but they will not cook chicken on grill with teriyaki, you have to add on your

Food was average. I had steak and chicken. Chicken was overcooked. Shrimp on other orders overcooked as well. Not one of our better visits here. We gathered for a friend's birthday. Service was very good, though. Our server was attentive and efficient. Manager on staff was also friendly and courteous.

We came at the last minute, due to a mix up at another restaurant, and the manager Crystal was so understanding, being that it was almost closing time. Our waitress/server Olivia was simply amazing as well! I would definitely recommend this place!!! Thank you so much ladies!

I'm going to start with we were told no reservations but when I walked in I was asked what's the name on my reservations... so we had to wait. No gluten-free soy sauce in house but I can bring my own, great, now I have to leave and find a store with that at 7:30 on a Saturday night. We FINALLY get sat. The waitress Jalynn mentioned several times she's new, ok cool. Thanks for letting us know but was she even trained? So had absolutely NO hospitality skills what so ever. She audibly grunted or sighed while rolling her eyes any time a question was asked. None of which I got an answer to.She never brought menus, we had to borrow from the other family at the table. Plates were dirty, picture posted below of what I wiped off my plate. The whole place just seemed very unorganized. Chef Kevin did his best to salvage my experience and dinner but it shouldn't have had to come to that.Dietary restrictions: I unfortunately have a few dietary restrictions. I'm allergic to seafood, gluten and onion.I have never had an issue at other places with having my food cooked first. Still getting a full portion and having the fried rice with the egg made for me rather than just plain white sticky rice.I barely got a kids portion of rice, the egg cooked separately and onion was already on the cook top when my food was being made. With the poor vent system the cooking onion was blowing in my face for most of the dinner, not pleasant. Not worth the money that was spent either. The lack of communication from our server to the chef could have put me in the hospital. She was spoken to but she needs more training and a lesson in hospitality... by definition one should feel welcome, not like a burden for trying to enjoy a family dinner out... again Chef did his best but at that point I was ready to just not eat since what I had clearly spelled out for the server was not communicated at all.The kindest most pleasant person of the night was the bus boy who wished us well on our way out with a smile and sincere tone.

We called to make a reservation and the girl who answered said that we don't need a reservation to just come in for Hibachi. When my family, including a hungry toddler and pregnant wife arrived, the same girl said that we should have made a reservation. She said she did remember us calling so they can accomodate/seat us if we wait for a table to open (there were at least 2 open hibachi grills in plain view). We waited and waited, only to see bigger parties come and get seated. It appears she seated bigger parties first rather than a family of four. If she had just said on the phone that they have no reservations available, it would have been fine. Not lie to us and have us come and wait and wait to only have to give up and walk out completely dissappointed with lost time that we cannot get back. Completely unproffesional on their part.
