A few days ago, I visited Kanji Sushi & Ramen in Brandon for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The word ‘Kanji’ translates to ‘feeling’ in Japanese, and this restaurant certainly delivers a great one. The sushi bar is modern and lively, with solid service and a sleek interior.

Went on a whim to Kanji and it was some of the best ramen and sushi I’ve had in a while! Definitely worth it especially if you’re visiting Tampa!

The Mexican roll and dynamite roll were outstanding. This is one of the best places in the Tampa area. The tonkatsu ramen is the best tonkatsu. The pork bao bun and the ika salad were favorites. The mango mango was delicious. Kanji Sushi & Ramen is a go-to sushi and ramen spot.
