First time Visiting Kanji and won't be my last! The space is absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Everywhere I looked, I saw something new. The service was AMAZING! We were seated and greeted with these washcloths. Our server was SOOO sweet and really was helpful. One of my favorite foods are Buns and these pork buns were GREAT! The pork has such a nice flavor! Spring rolls were delicious and the side dishes were YUM! those gyozas were juicy and flavorful!!!! The ramen was pretty good as well- one of my favvvv things is udon and when I found out they had that add in, I was SHOOK!!! The only thing is, the broth wasn't my favorite! It was ok but I wish there was more depth in flavor. I've had many ramens in the past and this one is in middle ground, so it's ok, but not the best I've had. Dessert was BUSSIN!!!! Very yummy! I love that they offer those little meal bundles because I was able to get a little of everything for a great price! All in all, this is a great spot for lunch and/or dinner and I would def recommend! I'm excited to come back and try the skewers and sushi!

Best sushi in a LONG time, definitely the best I've had in Florida.... And I've had some amazing sushi around the world, to include Tokyo. I hate giving a great review because I want to keep this a local secret... but it's great. Generous serving size and great saki. Will come back for sure.

So yummy! We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the curry chicken don from the lunch special and it came out super fast and extremely fresh. Our server was Jackie and she was very knowledgeable about the specials and the menu! The manager Hedy was also very friendly and I would most definitely come again!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kanji for the first time, and I must say, I was blown away by the beautiful decor of the restaurant. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. The sushi at Kanji was absolutely fantastic - fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The Gyoza was another standout dish, with the amazing sauce taking it to the next level. I did have a slight hiccup with the Tonkotsu ramen, as it wasn't quite to my liking. However, the staff was more than accommodating and allowed me to trade it for the miso ramen, which turned out to be delicious. The only downside of my visit was the slow service, but I could tell that the staff was passionate about providing a great dining experience, so I can forgive the wait. Overall, I highly recommend Kanji for anyone looking for a top-notch Japanese dining experience. The food is amazing, the decor is beautiful, and the staff is passionate about what they do. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Kanji Sushi & Ramen is located in Brandon, FL. I am a HUGE ramen and sushi lover. So, the place was ideal for dinner. Let me start off by complimenting how "beautiful" the establishment is.... With a romantic setting, bunch of lights and bar seating. I give the establishment presentation 5/5. Service was great. We received hand towels at the table to wipe off our hands. The serve provided quality service and was helpful throughout our dine in. 5/5 Lastly, my favorite. The food was finger licking, mm mm mm GREAT! I hate to sound dramatic but... The flavors had my taste buds dancing! The Crab Sushi was DELICIOUS! 5/5 I recommend Kanji Sushi hopefully you will have a similar experience as me. Good luck and happy eating!

First thing, I didn't really capture the beauty of the decor - but it's far prettier than I was able to capture. The ramen was really good - the wheat noodles were so good, the broth was okay. I think they mainly use a pork broth which I know is typical in ramen but I love a chicken or veggie broth option because I don't eat pork, but that's just a preference. The service was excellent, they were really attentive and also gave us little warm hand towels which I loved. We tried the crispy crab roll which was the highlight of the night tbh. They have specials after 8:30 on rolls so it was a delight to try it although we originally came in for ramen. Overall, I'll definitely be back to try out more of their sushi rolls

I would give 6 stars if I could.Having actually been to Japan (twice), this place comes pretty darn close to the actual experience of a restaurant in Japan.Great service, amazing food, and legit music all from the homeland.Can't wait to go back for more. ❤❤??
Came for lunch today, and wow. Food was amazing, really nice portions, affordable prices, but shoutout to the server Aude, she knew every special by memory, knew every item on the menu, was super friendly and her service is impeccable. I’ll be coming back soon with my family.

This place is such a vibe! I love the food here. Our server Joe was very attentive to us and made sure we were nice and settled. The food was BOMB! Definitely fresh, I recommend coming here with family! I’m definitely coming here again.
