Vicky was our server and she was absolutely amazing!! Took me through the whole process, answered my 1001 questions and gave me some recommendations when I asked for them. Very attentive, funny, and made the whole experience awesome. It can be overwhelming, especially if you are brand new to kpot like we were. She made it a lot easier and fun. Thank you Vicky!!!

I loveee me some hotpot! Visited this location 4-5 times now and by far tonight was the best dining experience we’ve ever received. Elena was our server and she was very nice, attentive, and personable. Overall, if you ever come here not only is the food good but ask for Elena every time. I know I will :)

Love this place! We got the Hot Pot and the service by Elena is top notch. She’s the best server I’ve had in years, the absolute sweetest and goes the extra mile to make sure we have everything we needed. The food is very fresh (meat/veggies/seafood) and the broth was yummy. We are very pleased and our friends and I plan on returning ☺️

We come to KPOT every other week for the wonderful food. Isabella our wonderful server is always great! Best service we have received especially these days is hard to find.

Had a great time today. Tried some of the Halloween themed drinks -- i personally loved the peanut butter cup martini. Loved the hot pot. We each tried a different soup base. All of them were great. Our server, Elena, made the experience a blast. She gave excellent suggestions. Would love to come back for Karaoke in their karaoke room... and Elena, if you're serving then, you have to come sing with us!

Only my second time here and definitely WON'T be my last my friends and I got hot pot for the lunch price and had our fill. Great meat selection for hot pot and seafood, as well as options to pit into soup. I am obsessed with the Healthy Herbs soup base its delicious on its own I could drink it all day and theres this one slices sausage there that I just love the taste of. Service was great the server was very attentive and nice. Will absolutely be coming again!
