Went through the drive thru this morning at 9:15. Pulled up to the box, no other cars in line. Lady asked us to wait which is fine then came back on started to ask us what we wanted then said oh hold on another minute. Waited another 2-3 minutes. Again, perfectly fine. Lady came back on and we ordered. Pulled up to the window to wait 10 minutes then the lady proceeded to ask us what the order was and we saw she had to enter it in the computer which means they never even put it in. Waited another 3-4 minutes to get our food. Did not expect to spend like 15-20 minutes in a drive thru when we are the only car. Our order was also only a dozen donuts, 24 donut holes and an iced latte. 🙈

Absolutely tragic! Best donuts but not worth the horror. Piss poor service! The wait was eternal. Won’t be back ever! Absolutely awful! I can’t imagine anyone willing to spend money to be treated this way! Too bad

I had the worst experience at Krispy Kreme in Brandon. The bright red sign may have seemed promising, but the donuts were stale and cold, and the service was terrible. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for your donut fix. I would give zero stars if I could.

Kid-friendliness: I take my 2 grandsons there early on Saturday morning in their pajamas. They love it!
Drove into this hard to get to location at 6:55am with 4 other cars, to purchase a dozen donuts for an upcoming building inspection in town, only to find it closed. We all left w/o hot donuts and w/o a morning coffee to jump start the hectic hump day. Slackers!

I love Krispy Kreme, especially when their hot sign is on. My favorite is the cream filled but I like them all for the most part. This particular store is located on the other side of the street from Outback at the far end of the plaza. They have walk in service and drive through service which makes it extremely convenient. Service is always good. The guy who runs the place is always friendly and welcoming. He might even be the owner. He takes care of the store really well and you usually don’t see his level of care unless it’s the owner with a vested interest. Whatever his part he’s the type to always leave a good impression on people. Besides the delicious donuts that are so tasty good, they have good coffee also. Come on down to Krispy Kreme when the hot donut sign is lite and grab a couple of hot yummy donuts for the road. Your tastebuds will thank you.
Parking: Parking is shared with other businesses in the plaza. There its parking directly in front of the store fronts and parking in the back row. I’ve never been in that place where I could find a space. Easy on off to SR 60.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love donuts and don’t need a special menu but Krispy Kreme always has a donut your little one will love.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking in front of store with wheelchair entry and seating as well.
