This location doesn’t have most donuts when we come. And the quality isn’t great when they do. Today we ordered glazed donuts and they tasted moldy. We had to throw them all away. Praying no one gets sick.

This morning I woke up at 6am to place an online order for the Harry Potter donuts and scheduled my pickup for later in the morning. I drove an hour to the location, only to be told that they “didn’t know how they missed my order” and had already sold out of all the donuts. Yet, my order ticket was visibly posted up, and I even saw the employee take it down just to process my refund.
I prepaid for these donuts specifically for a birthday party, and not only was my time completely wasted, but the employee showed no real care or apology for the mix-up. A simple gesture like offering a few regular donuts would have at least shown some consideration. Instead, I left empty-handed and extremely disappointed.
Not only did I not get the donuts I was excited for, but I also lost valuable time and felt like the situation was brushed off. Very poor customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience.

Ordered a pumpkin spice doughnut with a caramel frappe and it was amazing‼️🌟 I haven’t had a frappe in years and it was super delicious, but knowing that it’s super bad for my body. Now I have to wait another year before I can have another frappe. Have a great day 😁 and stay blessed and healthy ‼️🙏🏼😋😍

Parking lot was full of trash, both signs on the building were not on and it looked closed- very uninviting. The tables were dirty and the doughnuts were not uniform in size so they appeared thrown in the box because they were all overlying each other. Very weird place but service was fast and taste was normal.

Donuts are consistently fresh, light, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, especially when you catch them hot off the line. The classic glazed is pure perfection, but all their varieties are fantastic. Perfect for the morning and during the day for a sweet pick-me-up.
