When we arrived to get our donuts, we waited close to 8-10 minutes without being greeted, they were in the back talking or on their phones, I’m assuming the manager was in the bathroom and came out told the employee “there’s people up front” then we proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for three glazed donuts. I’ve never had a bad experience before with Krispy Kreme, it just seems there was no urgency at this location

Love the donuts, but the interior seems a little sad. The atmosphere does not lend itself to sitting and enjoying a donut ( or two) and a drink.

Went to Krispy Kreme expecting to get a couple donuts ordered donuts online went to pick them up and they did not have any and they were not making anymore this happens all the time when we go to Krispy Kreme in Brandon the only way to buy a Krispy Kreme donut out in Brandon is to go to Publix are Walmarts they should just shut that damn place down that's my opinion on Krispy Kreme

These people close the doors on the Night shift and you have to wait 30 minutes on the drive-thru line just to get a to go order. Thats insane! I will never order here again

Took my daughter here on Leap Year day to get her free donuts since she is a Leap Year. Baby. They were almost out of everything and they don't make the donuts at this location but bring them from Lakeland. Kinda disappointing but she was happy and that's all I cared about.

I personally love krispy kreme donuts but cant stand the customer service. Each time i call and a female employee picks up they are EXTREMELY rude and have no customer service skills but when a male employee picks up they are nice. I am not sure who is apart of this hiring team but it’s need improvement on who is being hired. If I could give a zero for service I would.

Today (before 12) I placed an order for an item, they ran out, of through uber. The Uber driver called to inform me they were out of what I wanted, and the K.K employee got on the phone apologized and offered me something else. Excellent customer service, over the top, absolutely 5 star. It definitely made my day and I appreciated it greatly! I wish I would have gotten their name.Thank you!

I ordered the Valentine's Day dozen heart donuts on 2/12/24 for pickup at 7:30pm on 2/13/24. After leaving work at 7pm from Tampa, I headed to my nearest store to my house in Brandon. At 7:20pm I received a phone call from the store from a very rude and angry employee letting me know that "there's no more Valentine's Day heart shaped donuts" with no further explanation. I asked about when the next batch would be ready, maybe the next day or something like that. She repeated in a very angry, disrespectful tone, "there's no more Valentine's Day heart shaped donuts!!" There was a long pause and at this point I was angry as well. I then had to ask her about my refund and what was next. She offered no explanation or apology. Then she asked me what else I would want and I replied absolutely nothing. Then she hung up on me. ?@management - I would like a full refund for my order. Please contact me to make this right.

So I ordered 2 boxes of 16 assorted mini donuts. 1st time getting the minis after a terrible showing of the box of 20 bites during the same visit. The bites looked sliced not like the pictures in store (not donut balls like Dunkin), and a few looked like pull apart donuts, but stuck together. They didn't put the minis in the proper box for mini donuts, as this was pointed out when I got to the office. They put them in a 6 donut box instead, so 16 assorted donuts all on top of each other. Unreal. I could've grabbed a BAG of donuts from the store if that's the case. Krispy Kreme, either you were out of certain boxes or someone needs a little more training. Because that's not how KK does things. Thank you.
