The food was made fresh. The rice is bland so the sauces are needed(we had bowls). Nice sized portions. The Tamales were tasty. The Chalupa was also bland until the salsa was added. Overall, I would go again as the food was good after adding sauces and I'm not really a saucer😁

Three times I have gone and ordered rice bowls. Takes 20+ minutes for them to make a rice bowl each time. They are very slow. This time I cancelled my order after 25 minutes waiting.

Disrespectful and Suspicious Treatment

I recently picked up an UberEats order from this restaurant and was met with incredibly rude and suspicious behavior. After scanning and confirming the order with the employee, he held onto the food bag as if I was going to, literally run out of the restaurant. I had to practically snatch it from his grasp.
It's unacceptable to treat delivery drivers with such disrespect and suspicion. While I understand that theft can occur, it's unfair to assume that every driver is dishonest. This experience was deeply disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I strongly advise others to reconsider their patronage.

Food was awesome, like I’m serious, those lady’s cooking put love into it, makes me feel like I’m back Home. Everything is Delicious

This was my second visit. The first time, I thought, Maybe they’re short-staffed and dealing with too many customers.

Last night, 11/15/24, there wasn’t a single customer in the store. I walked in, greeted the lady behind the counter, and she never acknowledged me. I had to approach the counter and say hello. Only then did she ask, “May I help you?”

I ordered a bowl and added guacamole for $2, but it was clearly past its prime.

I tried to mention it, but the girl behind the counter either couldn’t hear me or was distracted, possibly listening to music with AirPods. Regardless, I was ignored. I even tried making eye contact, but I couldn’t get her attention. Too bad I still tipped 15%, completely against my own rules not to tip if I order standing up

I’m very disappointed. The service was poor, the place was filthy, there was a strong, unpleasant stench (like acid) coming from the hallway, and, most importantly, the food didn’t taste fresh.

It is always delicious but yesterday the beans and meat had 0 flavor. It calls into question whether we will return. We like it a lot but we like Fallston. This time the food experience was horrible. Very good service. The young man at the cashier is very friendly and it seems that he cares about his work. Sweet salty experience

I will never go to Chipotle again. The bowl was filled with a healthy portion of all protein and sides, the sauce was liberal, and the cohesion of the meal was unmatched. Will be returning

This used to be one of my favorite spots to hit after the gym. Unfortunately the last couple of times my order has been been wrong in the since I don’t get the right toppings or the toppings I ask for in general. Went to try it out one more time because I missed it so much and got my hopes let down completely as the bowel i got is nothing what I order! Expect for the chicken and black beans, thanks! I would suggest the staff actually pays their attention to the customer ordering over the phone so that it doesn’t cause these issues. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.

I got the Pork Burrito which was awesome. You could tell it was all fresh ingredients. I got the spinach tortilla wrap and it stuck to the foil causing the burrito to fall apart. Next time I’ll get the regular tortilla.

The steak chalupas were fantastic. It was unique tasting with the plantains and a great portion. The shell was delicious and absorbed in my mouth. The salsa was excellent.

The stuffed potatoes were great with the cilantro sauce.

The service was 10/10 all the way around. I look forward to going back the daily specials are awesome. The value of everything was very fair and this is now one of my go to places going forward. They played great music in the lobby as well.
