The best tacos HANDS down . The entire experience is amazing from the moment you walk into ANY of their locations - you have to try it to actually know what I'm talking about. You won't regret it.

To be honest the place was alright, I normally go to the chapos tacos at Lutz, but maybe was my mistake to come to this one hoping was the same quality and attention,but highly recommended.

Atmosphere is great and service is basic ordering at the counter and sitting down. I was highly disappointed in the tacos. I had 2 carnitas and 1 al pastor. Both were extremely dry and not very tasteful. To get it down easily you had to smother them in lime juice. Sad part is all the limes were dry too with no juice in them. I also for more lime and they gave me all new limes and they were all dry too. Maybe it's not a great day for them but disappointing for a first time

I've eaten a lot of tacos in Seffner & Brandon areas. Even a few in Tampa. But this place has it goin on! They have the best tacos! I'm a Birria taco aficionado, always hunting down the best Birrias, and this place has it! They do it the traditional way, and it's delicious!!! Crispy outer shells that were grilled, melting the white cheese on top of the onion & meat. And their Birria broth is so delicious with that beefy cinnamony spicy flavor, I drink the rest after dipping my tacos in it. They make really good Elote too. It's basically Mexican street corn. They used to serve it by corn-on-the-cob, but have recently switched to putting whole kernel corn in a cup and topping it with the toppings. It's delicious!!!! I haven't had one bad thing from this restaurant. They do the business too. Usually busy around holidays and lunch and dinner times. I highly recommend!!!

Went for Mexican corn, now this was a language issue my Spanish is sketchy... but i thought it would of come on the cob. But it came in a cup. It was good eating but it wasn't what was expected. As for the restaurant it had a wonderful aura of hot Spanish food cooked hot and fresh. The smoky grilling smell hit me at the front door I would definitely want to do a sit down and eat here! Its a family common man's eats spot. Curiosity will get me back to visit.

Ac was broke. Ordered online 20 min before we arrived. Didn't start the meal until we got there. After the meal was finished it sat there until I went up and asked for it.
Food was good. Not worth the headache of ordering from.

Nice small authentic Mexican restaurant with great food. My burrito and street taco were exceptional. Right across from HCA Brandon Hospital on Oakfield Drive. Will go again frequently as their food is freshly prepared and really delicious.

I’m trying to choose my words carefully here—every Mexican restaurant has its own style, but this one just might not be for me.
First, the positives: the staff is friendly and helpful.
That said, being my first visit (and probably my last), I wasn’t sure if the heavy grease smoke lingering in the dining area is normal or just an unfortunate coincidence that day.
Another drawback was that a basic item like tap water wasn’t available. The only options were purchasing a bottled or premium bottled water.
As for the food, I ordered a variety of tacos, but none left a memorable impression. The yellow rice had color, but little flavor to match.

Small restaurant but is really pretty. Love the name Los Chapos Tacos is really original. You can see the specials from outside , and as soon you are inside the restaurant, everything smells really good ! The Guy that takes the orders has a good vibe and very relax and with a great customer service. I order 2 Taquitos 1 of chicharron and omg really delicious and tasty the other one barbacoa. ( but nothing like the chicharron) . They served the taquitos with green & red salsa with queso fresco. My husband ordered a Pineapple agua Fresca and it was fresh and rica ! Outside is super hot 🥵 so this was very refreshing. Would love to comeback here with my teenagers. I’m sure they would love it to! Congratulations for this business! Que Ricos tacos !
