I ordered the oxtail and rice with Mac and cheese the oxtail had no flavor just seemed like it was dip on gravy the food did not meet my standards. Perhaps I chose the wrong dishes and should explore other options on the menu.

Never again!! Third time trying and they still haven't improved. Each time I get veggies only...no flavor! And the Mac n cheese is trash! Looks like bag mac n cheese and they added salt for flavor. Lawd!

They close at 8 but at 7pm they cancel any orders u place on Uber …. So then u have to wait until Uber refunds you because they’re too lazy to make peoples orders … I bet the owner doesn’t even know that they do that . Losing money because lazy workers

Don't be fooled by the name the food does not taste like soul food the food is terrible no seasoning in the food if u like good food don't go here I wouldn't go there again that's why the restaurant is empty the food isn't good

This was my 3rd and last time - the food was tasteless - the owner or manager was fussing at he staff ALL 3 times I visited : ( the disrespect of the team member is not cool) the lead guy needs some training on how to treat and talk to the staff . NOT COOL 🤷🏾♀️

Let me just say I've lived in Texas and Florida most of my life with frequent visits to Atlanta in GA. I wouldn't say I'm an expert on soul food but I'm pretty well versed. The wings and fries catfish chunks were phenomenal. The hushpuppies, corn fritters, dirty rice, and green beans were so good. Steak tips and gravy are to die for so soft. Cornbread was a bit dry but flavor was on point. Collard greens lacked flavor and the Mac n cheese tastes like the walmart Mac that I cook at home most times. Now for the oxtail: the flavor was fabulous... However, I need them to be fall off the bone and these were not. Overall for the portions and taste the price was outlandish. If they stepped up portions and real southern flavor it'd be worth the $90.
