Mando's Tacos is known for authentic Mexican food and great service. The birria tacos are praised as the best at a food truck, and the al pastor tacos combo is flavorful with crispy pork, pineapple, and a nice portion of rice and beans. Elote and carne asada rice bowl are popular, and auga Frescas are fresh and flavorful. Salsas are recommended: the red salsa is smokey, the green salsa is spicy but well balanced. Dessert must be the tres leches, especially the coconut trea leches, which starts the meal. Staff is polite and food arrives quickly. Customers say they will definitely come back.
