Came here and ordered the birria tacos, elote, a carne asada rice bowl and two of the auga Frescas. By far the best tacos I’ve had at a food truck and the drinks are so fresh and flavorful. My husband got the rice bowl and absolutely loved it, they packed it so full he couldn’t even finish it! The customer service was A1 they are very polite and our food came out in less than 5 minutes!!

Soooo I was at the McLaurin day event last weekend (5/3) and when I saw the truck pull Up I looked them up because I’ve never heard of them before… but when I read their menu I immediately got excited wen I saw BIRRIA!!!! lol I tried to give them time to settle in their spot before I rushed them lol but long story short food 10/10 service 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 prices very reasonable! Mando's Tacos is known for authentic Mexican food and great service. The birria tacos are praised as the best at a food truck, and the al pastor tacos combo is flavorful with crispy pork, pineapple, and a nice portion of rice and beans. Elote and carne asada rice bowl are popular, and auga Frescas are fresh and flavorful. Salsas are recommended: the red salsa is smokey, the green salsa is spicy but well balanced. Dessert must be the tres leches, especially the coconut trea leches, which starts the meal. Staff is polite and food arrives quickly. Customers say they will definitely come back.
