This is the fourth time I have ordered 2 cheeseburgers plain and gotten two hamburgers. I even said two cheese burgers with only cheese and still for two hamburgers with no cheese. What is it going to take for them to get my order right?

WOW TODAY IDK who is in the kitchen but is doing everything WRONG.
First, i made an uber eats order. The bag had my receipt, but inside it was a completely different order, small order, and nothing that i could eat.
So im pregnant and made my husband drive to the restaurant and order again, guess what??? WAITED 12 MINUTES FOR ORDER AND IT WAS WRONG AGAIN!!!!!! my husband had to get out of the car and we had to wait another 15 minutes FOR THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT (which was just for a mcchicken and bbq sauce that i ordered and requested extra and was in the received and not even 1 was given at first). Also, be careful they put less chicken tenders if you pay for 10 or 20 they give you less.
Whoever is doing the orders today idk where is their head at.

Burger only mustard even the ticket on the burger read correctly. Yet it had mustard, ketchup & pickles. Missing a whole box of chicken nuggets. Fries were old! $30 for fast food & couldn't get it correct or even everything i paid for. Not to mention they didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't get it corrected either.

I just love their breakfast. The OJ was watered down, but all tge sandwiches we ordered (egg and sausage mcgriddle, egg and sausage mcmuffin) were hot and fresh. And the potatoes browns? Perfect.

Believe me when I say the only positive reviews are from the employees! This place was HORRIBLE. Driving through on a trip and I have never experienced anything like this. We ordered several meals and they were all wrong! They were also out of Big Macs…howwww!?? No compensation for any of it. Took almost 30 mins to get our order. Also, there was an employee on her break ordering off the kiosk using profanities because it was giving her an issues!! I had my 5 year old witnessing this! I am beside myself. I wouldn’t have ordered here if I was a starving homeless person.
