My 1 star is solely based on the new clear straws that aren’t strong enough to punch though the lids, collapse on itself when using, and overall are horrible to use. The old Straws weren’t ever a problem. make McDonalds straws great again.

I came here with 5 of my Clients with special needs for lunch. After they spent thier morning delivering Meals on Wheels to the needy in the community. They wanted to have lunch at McDonald's. When we came in. I asked for them to take their orders they said no you have to order yourself they lady said she would send someone to help but never did. The runner was passing the order out she said out loud why do I have them everywhere that I was confusing her.mind you they were all at 3 tables right by each other. Then when 2 of my clients was waiting for there food they said that they needed to show the receipt they I give them the receipt and the lady in the back said they handed them out. So they made my clients wait. Then mind you after getting the food no napkins were in the bags so I went up again to get them all some and when I went up to the counter she said what now! Like really this is customer service! We will never come back here! My Client didn't deserve this. We will go where they are more valued.

Dude, it was horrible I ordered a big man plain with extra cheese AND they instead gave me the Big Mac with lettuce and all the stuff there and also didn’t even gave me the sauce. I throwed up instantly

The guy working the order window for the drive thru on Nov. 22nd Friday at 9:37 am was very rude, nasty and inconsiderate, I explained that I wanted a big breakfast with hot cakes but I don’t eat meat and if I can substitute the sausage for something else. I asked if I could get maybe an extra hotcake, he just went off, I left without purchasing anything.

The ☕ was 🤢 with a burnt taste,he made a diff pot without cleaning the pot and it was nasty.i told him 3 cream and 16 sugars and hr only put about 2 or 3 so I poured it out and left

I had a hair in my sandwich and called no answer after work came by. The supervisor was very nasty Lameka. I spent money here everyday even showed her my debt card purchases. I ask for a store manager she refused Told me to Google it. I came inside she gave me a receipt and told me to put in a survey just nasty.
