I really don't understand why this location has a hard time reading and comprehending orders, it's simple. I just got home from drive thru and my entire order is WRONG yall put the ticket it says EXTRA PICKLES but i was given a PLAIN BURGER???? ordered a SPICY snack wrap meal and yall gave me ranch and plain chicken strip with GREY lettuce? Really GREY LETTUCE???? then they don't pick up calls...nobody got time to drive all the way back after just getting home from a LONG DAY.. unbelievable... McDonald's in Valrico on Bloomingdale is where yall need to go beccause this location is garbage 🗑 😒

Change your website and your hours. This is the third time I've tried to come here at night and they have told me that they are closed. I work nights and occasionally wanna be lazy and eat out. It's impossible to eat here if they are closed every time I come through the drive thru. I see employees inside so what's the problem? It is obviously the management or the owners. If it's the employees, then it's still management, fire them. I will forever trash this place until someone proves to me that they have changed. Now I can truly see why this McDonald's had so many 1 stars.

Everyday I come for the same coffee and everyday its never made the way I ordered it but get charged for all sugar flavors and stuff to be added its such a simple drink ... the people in drive thru need to get it together bc theyre loud and inattentive when trying to place an order at drive thru

Worse than ever!!! Totally messed up our orders, burgers had so much grease you would think it was dropped in the fryer or oil waste bin. Staff did not care either when we called. For the price they charge these days, it feels like a scam with the lack of care and quality they put forth. We will NOT be back...but I am sure they do not care.
