This is the second time I’ve ordered a 6-piece Chicken Nuggets for my son from this McDonald’s (via DoorDash/online), and the nuggets were missing again. Once can be a mistake. Twice is pure negligence.
My son was waiting for his food and ended up crying because it never arrived. I had to leave him at home, drive to the store myself, and all I got was a casual apology and six nuggets handed to me like that fixes the situation. That’s not customer service — that’s bare minimum.
This isn’t about the delivery driver. The food is packed and sealed by the store. The problem is inside this location. Management seriously needs to pay attention to what employees are doing because clearly orders are being sent out incomplete with zero care.
It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially when it affects a child. Do better. Check your processes. Train your staff. This should not keep happening.

I waited in the drive thru for ten minutes for my food after I ordered 10 cars got their food before me. I was missing my fry for my meal. The snack wraps I got were saturated in ranch, barely any lettuce food was cold and gross.

Ordered on line still had to wait over 15 mins and nobody was in front of me only one car behind me. Well I thought at least the food would be fresh. Was I WRONG! IT WAS COLD & THE buns were hard and stale. Even our drinks were only 3/4's full. I will NEVER BE BACK THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE SPENT ALMOST $30 BUCKS to be left hungry as this was nothing we could eat!

Everytime I order DoorDash my food never fresh and drink seem like it been sitting, when I order sweet tea it’s never sweet it’s watered down. One time my fries was so salty i choked on the salt. They don’t treat uber eats or DoorDash orders with care, it’s like they don’t really care for those orders. My order has never been fresh 0/10 don’t order from their!
