I'm unsure who was working today, 4/29/2024 at around 1pm, but they were so sweet over the drive-thru speaker! Very kind, happily read back our order to make sure it was correct, and just a pleasure to speak to!My quarter pounder is VERY good, I was surprised when I took my first bite and it even looked pretty! The fries were fresh and crispy and they made sure we got ketchup as requested. 10/10 a really nice experience today here!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal. The qt pounder tasted simply horrible. The manager, however, was kind enough to replace the order. Unfortunately, the second qt pounder tasted even worse than the last one. I finally just decided to throw everything away and left with disgust and an awful taste in my mouth. This was not the first time I've had such a bad experience with McD. I can't believe that after all these years that McD could only be getting worse and worse, leaving folks with distaste and a waste of their money. This implies a carefree disregard for consumers' pocketbooks and appetite. Wow!!!

McDonald's food and service quality has gone down the dumper. Their fries, nuggets and pancakes are no longer tasty. As far as service you practically have to beg for a napkin, ketchup, or anything that is needed to eat and they have eliminated butter for the pancakes. The only thing worth eating there anymore is the fish sandwich, hopefully it's quality will not go down like everything else.

Don’t ever go to this McDonalds location. I asked for fries without salt, because I don’t eat a lot of salt on my food due to high blood pressure. I only eat take out once a year and try to keep salt down. I received not only salted French fries, but everything was ICE COLD. It was like they didn’t even cook it. Owner needs to step in late at night and check on these employees. So disappointed for that once a year visit!
Came at 330am and was told they were closed until 5am. This is at least the 3rd time I've came at night and given a different excuse to not serve the customer. Either they are updating the machines, only taking cash, or just closed until breakfast. Please don't advertise open 24 hours if you aren't. I'm assuming this is just lazy employees, but if not, change advertised hours.

I am not happy that I was lied to. I ordered a medium strawberry banana smoothie and was handed a small one. I let the guy at the drive through know that I had ordered and paid for a medium one, and came up with some dumb excuse trying to fool with me by saying that the medium cup for a smoothie is not the same size as a medium from the regular drinks. I came home and saw on the website that McDonald's and that specific site does provide small, medium, and large smoothies. Nothing more aggravating than over paying for a drink and to top it off being lied to about it. To top it off, the fries were cold, amd stale.Terrible customer service, and Hopefully their staff get the proper training that they need.

I had a difficult client in town. This location has gone above and beyond in keeping them safe and a big help to me. Angel is the best, she deserves a raise!Parking: It may be a long distance from the office or your original destination if you're on your feet!Wheelchair accessibility: Not an expert, extremely helpful for my handi client and me too, thank you!

They are always rude no matter what shift is working they cant make a simple burger they always forget at least 2 items and the last time i got a meal replacement it wasnt even worth it because they gave me cold food i waited outside for 20 min the lady didnt even want to give me my meals after they called me to" make it right"cant order on the app because they pick n choose what they want to make from your order then lie about why they didnt make it
