Employee was legit wearing pajama pants working. Pajama pants with characters on them. And I'm fairly sure this employee is in management, as I'm there quite regularly. Didn't know McDonalds is so IDGAF about their image anymore.

Terrible experience with the delivery from this McDonald’s. I ordered a Big Mac and a Happy Meal, but the Happy Meal never arrived; instead, they sent two bottles of milk. The fries were upside down in the box, no straw was included, and since the bag was sealed, the mistake was clearly the workers’ fault and not the driver’s. A complete disaster in service and organization — I will never order from here again.

I mobile order the Hot lattes and more than half the time I am told the machine is down. This happened over the past month. Is it truly down or the employees don't want to make it?

We placed our order at the kiosk, sat at the table and finally went up to the counter after almost 30 minutes of waiting. A couple items on the order were wrong so I took it back up to the front counter to have it fixed. I sat back down and was brought the order exactly the same as the last one: WRONG. I was in disbelief that they could mess up the order once again. Thank goodness for Daj though. She was nice and helpful and went back there to make my food herself. I honestly feel bad that she's the one that has to deal with all the angry customers (rightfully so) because of the lack of effort and care of her co-workers.

This place has completely gone down over the last few years. Ever since the management changes and remodel, this place is an absolute nightmare. Zero customer service, no sense of urgency for anything, don’t even bother with mobile ordering, they must just delete those when they come in. This one used to be the best in the area but I’m afraid it may be the worst at this point.
