This is a scam of a company. They have stolen money from me and I'm not happy. I was able to place my order, I arrived at the location only to be told they were closed until such and such a time. No refund was offered and no order was made. This place rips you off, and McDonald's corporate won't do anything since it's a franchise. They love screwing over their customers.

I ordered delivery through the app. I expect a full order. I got majority of my items. I ordered hotcakes, a McGriddle, a large dulce de leche frappe and a sausage and egg McMuffin meal along with extra butter. My coffee and sweet tea that came with the meal were half full and I was given 2 butter instead of the 5 I ordered. This is the 3rd time this happened.

This and many other McDonald's I guess being renovated don't feel like the McDonald's you grew up with. I'm not a fan of these renovated McDonald's as they are unappealing and not customer friendly. There's very little contact with the McDonald's staff and all you see are self-serve screens everywhere. And now you have to wait to get a refill. I will be going to McDonald's anymore as it has changed from what it used to be

Manager Carol with the colored hair is very rude and has a bad attitude. she is very rude to customers and workers and randomly yells at them and always rolls her eyes at customers in people view .. oh and my sons burger was raw and when I asked for a refund the manager carol just walked away ….. will not be eating here anymore
Very clean. I come here almost every day and see them cleaning bathrooms and floors. Good hot food. Haven't had a wrong order yet! Thanks guys!

I was traveling, so not my usual location. I asked for 4 quarter pounders with no ketchup and extra onions and extra mustard and two chicken big macs. After a 20 minute wait my food was placed in the counter without the chicken big macs. They had been put with someone else's order. I left and continued on my journey. As we opened the quarter pounders we found out the issue but had no time to go back.
