Great food, super friendly service! We got the spinach artichoke dip appetizer and a holy shiitake pizza (add Italian sausage), and everything tasted delicious! Our server was very cheerful, attentive, and helpful. The manager even checked on us twice to make sure everything was good. Our booth was nice and quiet, so we were able to easily talk.

Very disappointed in men's bathroom. It smells awful and grout in tile on floor is black and smells of mold/mildew. Food is always amazing and service is awesome. Maybe take a little pride in the environment and have a professional come and clean the men's bathroom. The grout can even be cleaned and sealed with a colored epoxy to help with future cleaning needs. Pretty disgusting bathroom!

I haven't been to this Mellow Mushroom in 17 years since I used to live in Brandon FL. This is the best pizza in possibly all of Tampa bay. I had a personal pizza half marinara, half pesto style crust with mushroom trio and meatballs. The pizza was amazing, it is really hard to stay away from eating it even as leftovers the taste is so good. There is something about Mellow mushroom's crust with the flakes and garlic taste that makes it so great. Brooke was my bartender/server and she was wonderful. She took care of all of her tables and guests at the bar with equal care and poise.
I also noticed Brooke went out of her way to ask a little about each of her customers. I live in St petersburg but when I come back to Brandon next I will visit Mellow mushroom Brandon FL again. 😊

As always, food is wonderful service was excellent, granted i sat at the bar, there was no wait, drink specials were on point. Ordered the pretzel bites, which are actually pizza dough with garlic, butter. Man are they fantastic!

Worst service. Just didnt care. I ordered one medium bbq pizza and 10 wings at 6:55 and it said pick up between 7:19-7:29 online. Got there at 7:30 and they told me to give about 4 minutes to box it up. I said cool, sat right in front of the desk. Waited 30 minutes and nobody said anything to me. Got up and talked to the same person that told me to give them 4 minutes. She grabbed the pizza out of a fridge and went to the back and grabbed the wings…. Like forreal man. Im right there, you know im waiting. Just give me my pizza. She didnt say sorry for the wait or apologize. Asked if i wanted cheese. My food is cold as i get home and unbox it. CARE. Just show some care about the customers that walk in the door. This was my first time ever eating food from them. I expect if you tell me to wait 4 minutes, wait 4 minutes and you’ll bring it up. Not let me sit in front of the desk for 30 minutes so my food can get cold and then not even apologize for the long wait. Food is cold so its getting a low rating too unfortunately. Garlic parmesean wings were extremly dry and no flavor. I paid 50 dollars for cold, dry food and really bad customer service/hospitality. There are so many pizza joints around and never had this bad of service from any of them.

Update!!! To put the icing on the cake! I just looked at the chips they gave us with th3 sandwhich and they expired in December!!! This is like a joke at this point 😳
First...look at this sandwhich!!! Ordered food at 700, said it would be ready for pick up at 8:03, arrived at 8:05- pizza and wings were ready and sitting on counter. Noone acknowledged me for probably 5 minutes than a host came over. Saw the pizza and wings with my name on it, opened the box to look at it then said I gotta grab your other stuff....it'll be ready in 5. I waited for 20 minutes before it was ready. In that time another employee came over and also opened the pizza box for whatever reason. I got my order. They opened the box again to show me. I grabbed the box and the bottom was soggy and cold (of course cause it's been sitting on a cold counter for at least 20 minutes) I hate to complain but I felt this was silly that it wasn't even under a heat lamp and at this point the box has been opened 3 times. I said it's kind of cold and the person helping me said oh no its just the cold countertop 🙄 it just came put before you walked in... yes...that was 20 min ago. Thay said just call if it's cold 😵‍💫. So of course...I get home and it's cold, the Boneless wings are literal cold like to the touch and they are soggy as can be. I had to reheat the pizza in my oven, the chicken in my air fryer. Then the steak and cheese was mainly onions, one half of the sandwhich literal had one piece of steak on it, the steak on it was mainly fat, and there had to be 3000 onions on the sanwhich, the bread wasn't even slightly toasted, so I also cooked that in the air fryer. The little Pepperoni rolls and the pesto sauce were good. I ordered pizza because I had a headache and didn't feel like cooking and I ended up having to re cook the entire meal and it was still below average. Last time I went here I actually really like it but I think I'll never return.

Everything was awesome! I had overlooked this place often and didn’t know how much of a gem it is. Sabrina our server was wonderful and did an amazing job at explaining all of the items on the menu and made great suggestions! For a Friday night it wasn’t super busy and my boyfriend and I were served pretty quickly. All the food was hot and fresh to order and delicious. I loved the art and themes all over it’s a really nice atmosphere. My favorite was the supper pepp and holy shiitake mushroom pizza! All the appetizers and wings and dessert was amazing. We will be coming back.

My pickup order was handled exceptionally well. 10/10 customer service from the young lady working tonight. It was our first time trying mellow mushroom and the pizza was tasty.

This use to be my favorite pizza place, but lately the pizza hasn't been so great. Employees need to add more cheese especially for the price.

This place is absolutely amazing. Love the people, love the food and love the decor! Definitely a place everyone needs to visit. We eat here often and it's delicious and perfect every time and the staff has literally IMPECCABLE customer service. Thank you Mellow Mushroom!!!
