Me and my wife used to go here every weekend, service was great, even tipped well, we came in Faithfully every Saturday or Sunday.. and then one Sunday I came in every TV had the Buccaneers playing. It took us about 15 minutes to be seated, then we're sitting there and as we're sitting there there's a server at the table next to us we sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come 2 hour table and in the hostess he came over and said your server will be right with you shortly sad about another 10 minutes and we got up and walked out haven't been back since.

I’ve visited this Miller’s owl house multiple times throughout the last couple of years and almost been disappointed every time unfortunately I live right around the corner from it so it’s pretty convenient when everything else is closed. One thing I can say is the management and the customer service is always on point and very appreciated but when it comes to the food, the food is very slide it and usually comes out cold. I’ve sat in this restaurant maybe once or twice including last night and every time I’ve received mildly hot or cold food. I am not want to complain or want to make a situation out of things, but I think it has come to A head that maybe I should speak up and say something As a cook in a chef for multiple years, I know what it is to serve food from the kitchen As being in front of the house and the back of the house manager, I know what it means to run a restaurant I think here we just need to boost our love and preparing food for customers. If I order the mac & cheese zinger every time I’ve gone and out of maybe the seven or eight times I’ve had it. It’s always been cold or I’ve had to send it back to get it redone. I appreciate Miller’s our house and I’m sure that the food is good because I keep going back but more consideration and food temperature would be gladly appreciated

Great food and the service is fantastic. They have specials that make cooking at home not necessary. Shout out to Matt and Madison! Great servers.

Fal my waitress was amazing is not even enough of words . We need more people like this in the world . Food was fresh and delicious . The cook realized I had small wings and redid to compensate. They really went out of their way to make sure customer is happy .

I wish I could give Service more stars. Casey(sp) was AMAZING!! I had a dear friend come in from California and we had the BEST time. She checked on us each time she passed by with a pleasant smile and 'Y'all OK?' I will definitely be back and I'll look for her. Sending good thoughts for a speedy path for her nursing/PA career.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at Miller’s Ale House was frustrating enough to say something. I ordered a Minute Maid lemonade for $3.99 — not exactly cheap for a non-alcoholic drink — and was surprised when the server refused to refill it. When I asked if I could at least get a to-go cup for what I had left, that was also denied.
Do better, not even chick fil a who has freshly squeezed lemonade denies refills. Do better and get better services
It’s disappointing that a restaurant that prides itself on hospitality wouldn’t even offer a basic courtesy like a refill or a to-go cup for a drink I paid nearly $4 for. It felt stingy and left a bad taste in my mouth — literally and figuratively.
Not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon. There are plenty of places that treat their customers better.

Abby was an amazing waitress and went out of her way to accommodate us. She really made a regular night out feel special and I'm looking forward to coming back and hope to have her again
