The prime rib was excellent and I asked them to sear it on each side on the grill and they did a wonderful job. The server was very outgoing and was very helpful with the food and service. Nice atmosphere, service and quality of food, not so much. I ordered the 16 oz prime rib and was disappointed, the grade of beef used Is definitely not Prime and more like utility or commercial, if I had to guess I would say there was probably two to three ounces of silver skin gristle and fat left on the plate. There was alot of silver skin that i had to cut off just to be able to chew the meat. The meat did not have much flavor and was extremely tough and the aujus was very salty almost unusable. The salad was the best part of the meal.

Really impressed by the level of professionalism by the bartender, Matt. Came in for lunch with my boyfriend and he was bartending alone. He kept the bartop clean and organized and anticipated our every need. Really A++ service, especially handling the lunch bar by himself.

I order the Zingers all the time but this time I was served the strips that go on the salad. When I asked the manager about they responded with "that's what's supposed to be on the mountain melt". When unfortunately he didn't know the waiter already told me it was incorrect. Service has gone down hill at this location.
Christopher was AMAZING! Very accommodating! Our glass was never empty! His demeanor and service was stellar! We will definitely be back...and we will request his seating area. He truly needs to be acknowledged!

While the server was very pleasant and apologetic for the slow service, food delivery was slow on a night when the restaurant was not full of patrons. In addition, we received no offer to refill our soft drinks. It took inordinately long to get our check. When we finally received our check, it was wrong as we had been double-charged for a meal. It took another 10 minutes to get a corrected bill.

It was very very good. I had no idea they served prime rib..I walked in and had no wait. By the time I sat down and ate my salad, the place was full!! Waitress was very spot on. I wont for nothing!! We ordered the grilled salmon dinner and it was raw inside. The manager came over immediately and asked if we wanted a new plate. We responded yes. When the new plates arrived the salmon was overcooked. I kept mine because i was hungry my boyfriend sent it back and got something else. We've never had a problem before but this was dissapointing.
