Worst burrito in Hillsboro County. Shame on whoever makes the burritos there. Twice now I’ve gotten DoorDash orders and the burritos were terrible. Hardly any chicken all rice please do better.

Ordered for delivery, got the steak bowl. The steak looks as red as the tomatoes, I didn’t eat this.. I like medium rare, but this looked very undercooked

We visited Moe’s for lunch today and were surprised to find when we arrived that we were required to place our order online instead of having the staff take it. When we asked why, the employees said they weren’t sure and that it was an instruction from upper management. After spending a long time trying to place our order online, the app wouldn’t apply the free kids’ meals that are supposed to be offered on Sunday’s, the main reason we chose to eat there. The staff offered no help and responded with a dismissive “oh well” attitude, which made the experience even more frustrating. We ended up leaving with 3 hungry kids and did not eat there because of their unwillingness to assist in any way. This was a disappointing situation all around. If they were having operational issues, the location should have closed temporarily instead of leaving employees uninformed and customers feeling unappreciated. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be returning.

Good food and service...just get it to go. The bench seats are so bad that you feel the wood through them. Everything could use a good wiping...especially the glass front wall. And they should hand out headache medicine for forcing you to listen to the absolute worst sounding audio system. If you think that this is harsh, then I challenge you to go hear it for yourself.

The guy making the food didnt seem like he wanted to be there. Not engaging at all - seemed annoyed my son wasn't making up his mind quick enough. There was no regular salsa at their salsa bar and they were out of guacamole as well. I think I'll just stick to Qdoba and Chipotles from now on.
