I called earlier bc i heard they had no a/c. She hung up on me the first time so I called back. She said the a/c was fixed so i started to say thats good bc i was bringing 10 for dinner and she hung up on me again. When i got there, the sign on the door said take out only, dining room closed. Really? We left and went to a different Moes
By far the worst Moe’s I’ve ever visited. The staff are rude and have an attitude like they hate their job. Nasty employees, even gave me a attitude because my kids changed there mind of there food.

Last time!! Ordered door dash...no ground beef at 8pm so I chose chicken. It was so hard that I thought something had fallen in the nachos. Every piece was hard and dry. The chips also and the ones in the bag were extremely salty. What a waste!!

Tonight was our first time ordering from Moe’s, placed an online order to be picked up at 7:20, we got to the store and it was not ready, 7:30 we were informed that the steak ran out and then asked if it’s ok to wait an additional 10-15 min to cook more. Then was informed the poblano crema that we paid extra for was out. I asked that the steak bowl be canceled at that point. Waited till 7:50 when the order was packaged and handed, I realized the steak bowl was still in there and asked for the manager to remove it off my order. He stated that since it was an online order he was unable to do anything about it. Yet the email states that if there’s an issue to contact the store, which leads me to believe he was unwilling to do anything to fix it. Now that we got home, the order is wrong on top of it all, the burrito was made as a bowl. Very disappointed.
On a separate note, the ceiling fell in right next to where I was standing and when I told the manager, his response was nice it finally fell… what kind of place is this???
Won’t order from here again.
Update : I skipped eating but both my kids were sick all night, after eating this. Food poisoning is no joke. Get this place cleaned up and fixed. That’s terrible!!

As always, Moes tastes great! Before today's visit, I had no idea why they were all closing. Today, I found out why.
Walking in, the heat hit me. It was about 85 degrees, and only got slightly less oppressive by the time we finished eating. The guy who made my bowl looked like he would rather be anywhere else. I thought maybe I just reminded him of somebody who ticked him off, but when I asked the rest of the guys who came in with me, they all had the same feeling. From an almost whispered welcome to Moe's when the door opened, to the blank stare and pause before he asked what I wanted, this guy was just cranky.
He then set my food in a line next to the register where we all waited for a less cranky employee to ring us up. He did a decent job, but was very short with me and the family waiting in front of me. When I asked for a side of queso, he looked like I kicked his dog...then trudged over and ladled out my cheese. I guess I should have asked the first guy, but I had no idea.
Overall, the food was still good, but there's a Chipotle and Sabor across the street from this place. I do not think I will be back.

Luke (I think his name was) was weird and rude on the phone, I asked for sauce on the side and extra red salsa and he gave attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience and problem

the food and service was very good. however, the air conditioning was broken which makes me not want to return here. management should fix this issue not only for customers but for staff. going into summer, having no air conditioning is unacceptable treatment for employees. luke was very kind and made my food well. i am impressed that he is able to provide excellent service in sweltering heat

After many years of being a loyal customer, my Moe’s visits have finally ended. The staff has become rude, the food is below average and the prices certainly don't reflect the overall expense in return. The new dining upgrades were the only improvement in my opinion.
