Moreno’s Bakery is one of my favorites! Everything they make is wonderful. This morning, hubby and I stopped in for Cafe con Leche and Cuban Cheese Toast. The cheese toast was served on warm, flaky pressed Cuban bread (which Moreno’s makes) with a healthy amount of Swiss cheese (our choice of cheese. We split one order of it, delicious. The Cafe con Leche is always perfect. The bakery cases are always a colorful feast for the eyes, also.
It took FOREVER for them to bring our Cuban sandwich and it wasn't even the way I asked them to make it. An old lady couldn't understand the receipt and walked to the cashier and still didn't understand. We ordered a foot long sandwich, cut in half, one half with tomato and the other with lettuce, wrapped individually. When we got home there was NO tomato and NO lettuce and they weren't wrapped individually. They took SO LONG and still didn't make the sandwich the way we asked them to make them

On 4/27/24 cashier Isabella "Bella" is rude and nasty. Prefer to be polite to "certain " customers than others. Do better!

Bakery items are usually pretty good as well as cakes. But I want for a custom cake and it almost felt like they were pushing me away. A simple one color two tier cake was 175+ just keep this in mind.
